Very Good People! No pressure! I had pre-approved financing for a vehicle. And My Salesman worked with his people and got the price down into the parameters I had to have to buy the SUV I was buying and everything went Like clockwork! James Snow is a very knowledgeable salesman. He worked with me to help me build the car I wanted. Even though I had many questions along the way; he was very patient with me. Now that I am a proud owner of a 2018 E300 Sport, I am sure, I will have more questions for James.

Bought a Mercedes S through the internet. They sent Carfax reports, put videos of the underside, outside,and the engine compartment. There James Snow was so helpful, I bought the car and flew from Hawaii to pick it up. I am more than pleased with my purchase.

The sales guy actually threw a tantrum at his desk, throwing papers across the desk when I pointed out that his "lowest price" he could give me was higher than his listed price on Autotrader. Horrible experience!

Every phase of the car-buying experience at Jackson Automotive is outstanding! The people there are exceptional in their knowledge and professionalism and are dedicated to treating the customer with courtesy and respect. David Morgan and Curtis Buckley made buying my new car extremely easy and pleasant. I left thrilled that I bought a great car at a great price! Mark, in the service department, is a Volvo expert, intent on customer satisfaction and a job well done. He clearly answers all questions and explains the service before it is done. My car is always returned to me washed and vacuumed. The waiting areas and the restrooms are clean, inviting, and comfortable. Excellence is the standard at Jackson Automotive; therefore, I gladly drive an hour and a half to this dealership to have the Jackson experience. It's a class act, all the way!

My husband and I recently bought a car at Jackson Automotive Group in Macon Georgia. We were very satisfied with our salesman..Vince Okorley. He was extremely knowledgeable professional and willing to work with us to get the exactly what we wanted. We got a great deal and were very satisfied with out experience with Vince and Jackson Automotive this is the third car we have bought from them and we would highly recommend them!

We went to Jackson Automotive for the purchase of our son's Mercedes - Orange Edition CLA 250. Every person we encounteredfrom sales, finance, managers, front desk, etc. treated us with the utmost dignity and professionalism. We checked out several Mercedes dealerships in Georgia and Jackson Automotive was the absolute best price and hassle-free purchase. You can tell that this dealership prides itself on professionalism and customer relationshipstreating you as if you are family. We will definitely return to Jackson Automotive for future purchasesand we will definitely encourage others to travel to Macon and get the same level of service that we had the pleasure of experiencing!!! David Morgan is the sales manager that we worked with and Philip Washington is the sales consultant. These guys went far beyond the normal "standard" of dealership employees. They treated us with care and made us feel like they valued our business. They are the blue print of how every dealership should operate!
