My fiance comes here to get his car done. I don't see why cause i feel they charge more than Kost but he says otherwise. I will say the people here are very nice and get the job done fast as well. If I can't get an appt at Kost then I'll give them a try.

You’re better off going to a dealership. Because they won’t save you any money here. They are very expensive and don’t know what they’re doing. OK for tires, but I would never take my car here for a repair of any kind. Big rip off artists

I should have learned from my past experience. Twice now I've called in prior to bringing in my vehicle for simple maintenance (oil change and tire rotation) asking, "if I came in now would I be immediately serviced?" The first time they said yes, and second time they stated "only" one car was ahead of me. Regardless, they suggested my time here would be short. The first time, I waited for 50 minutes before I approached the front desk and complained about the wait in light of the promise of a quick service. They then immediately brought my car back and serviced it. This second time, I waited an hour before seeing my car brought in from the lot. As I sat in the waiting room for the hour, I counted 4 employees standing in the corner of the garage, some leaning up against machinery, doing what appears to be only talking. I understand now why they have such nice accommodations in the waiting room (free coffee, water, wifi, tv and a kids area) Because your wait is going to be much longer than it needs to be. The service to the vehicle is good (1 star earned), the waiting room is nice (another star earned). However, the wait, the apparent lack of urgency of the staff, and the false hope given by the staff earns this garage a 2 star rating. I understand usual garage etiquette is that you drop your car off and sometime that day they will service it But when I call in and am promised a quick service that I don't recover, that is frustrating. I will only be maintaining my tires here because of the warranty, but will not be bringing my cars here for any other services anymore.

I've been taking my 2 cars there for the past 8 years and they have always been solid. I believe they've done quality work on my cars, I believe they are honest with me, and I think they are knowledgeable about what they're talking about. What tops it for me is the customer service I get from the guys out front. Especially Chip, who has been there for years, is always understanding, courteous, and works with you to solve a problem.

Cheap tires, but they'll destroy other parts of your car, blame your car for breaking their tools, tell you they'll fix it on their dime, then hold your car ransom if you don't pay what they said they would. I had many good experiences here before the one that was massive enough to destroy my idea of the place.
Do yourself a favor and find one of the many reputable small town mechanics around.

All the quotes are exceptionally high and feel like they just go off what's on the screen. Has a definite Pep boys, auto zone feel, which I rather work with a local business. I brought my car to a local shop about 15 min away saved a good $400 bucks. They are good if you need something real fast and you don't mind paying for it, otherwise I use River Valley Repair.
