Great place. In and out, no nonsense dealership. I always find what I'm into online and test it when I'm there. You have to act fast here though because their cars move fast!

The best customer service!! Very friendly employees; made me and my family feel really welcomed. They have a large variety of quality vehicles at a great rate. I purchased an Equniox from them and couldn’t be more satisfied. I highly recommend them!

If you do your own research and don't like someone looking over your shoulder, this is the place for you. If you need a Salesman to hold your hand while you're making a decision, don't go here. Pricing is good but non-negotiable. They will readily answer questions. They have a LARGE selection of vehicles.

Purchased a car recently. I'd have to update in a couple of years on how the car holds up. But BKA is a rather hands off shopping experience. Agents are there to facilitate test drives and the buying process, but by and large you're on your own while shopping.

Prices are great, can't deny, and they sell a high volume. I went here based on the latter, and I did get a great deal.

They offer an extended third party warranty of 6yr,75k miles. I did purchase.

Thought it was a great experience. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is because I had to wait a little bit for a sales person once I decided which vehicle I wanted to purchase. But for me, I love this approach to auto purchasing. I had done some research online already. I had a list of vehicles that I wanted to look at. I knew what the value was on the vehicle in advance. I drove them at my leisure, parking them remotely (at a nearby parking lot) and looking carefully over and under the vehicle. I was able to receive an auto trader report from Blueknob on each vehicle I was looking at. Once I decided on the vehicle I loved, they processed me through very efficiently. I test drove the vehicle I purchased twice, which would've been more awkward and difficult and a traditional dealership. I went up there thinking I was going to buy one vehicle and ended up buying a different vehicle after test driving it twice. I had a roof rack on my old vehicle I wanted to keep, so they took that off for me and stored it in my new vehicle. I was very pleased with the experience. I'm independent and like to do my own research, I don't need a pushy salesman to convince me about a vehicle. I did trade in a vehicle, and they gave me a fair price. It was a little on the low-end (but within the trade-in spread I researched before I went up there). Because of the value of the vehicle I purchased, I didn't mind. Highly recommend.

Drove quite a ways to start up the car that had a squealing noise in the gas tank. Most likely gas pump going bad. Disappointed. They knew. You can hear it in the cabin, outside the cabin. Waste of time. Was told it ran great no issues. But, it wasn't actually what the salesman said.

Interesting approach to car selling. You look around a lot pick out what you're interested tell them which car they give you a price that's it. They give decent trade in value on your current car to

Once I entered the Blue Knob I realized that this was the right place for buying my next car. There was a wide choice of makes and models. Thank you for my new vehicle! I wanted to own two cars for different purposes but now I want to sell the previous one. I've heard much about Repokar and I think it's a good place to sell my car.

They have cars off so kinds at great prices. If you see something you like, get it quick because they don't last long.

Blue Knob gave us exactly the car buying experience that we wanted. I knew what car we wanted, and had checked out the available models on their website before. We just turned up one Saturday, Jonas assisted us and happily handed over the keys to any car we wanted to test drive. They appraised our trade-in while we picked out our new one. I was very happy with the trade-in amount, right in the middle of the KBB range (in fact, I thought this was generous as the headliner needed to be replaced). The prices for their cars were all about $1-2k lower than elsewhere and they have lower mileage too. Once we had chosen our new car it was quick and easy to complete the paperwork, and no haggling was necessary. I had a check ready auto loan from my bank, but they beat the interest rate by 0.5% so went with their financing. If you are happy buying an ex-rental, and don't need/want a salesperson to hold your hand throughout the whole process then this is the place to go. It was worth driving 100 miles and this is the first place I will check next time we are looking for a vehicle.

I love dealing with this place!! They have the process of buying a car so easy and quick. They don't haggle prices, so you know what you will pay upfront. They have plenty of staff to take care of the busy evenings without waiting.
I went up on a Tues night to test drive a Ford Escape. They just hand you the keys and plates and tell you where to find other vehicle. No salesman goes with you! When I got back from test driving it was an easy process of getting to total cost with all the taxes and tag fees and discussing the warranty options. I was there for about an hour and 30 minutes with only 5 minutes of waiting. Only need to place a $500 deposit to hold a vehicle for 3 days. Two days later I came up to finalize and purchase the vehicle. I was there for about 30 minutes to sign all the paperwork and get my plates and keys. They knew what time I was coming, so the vehicle was done being detailed and was pulled out front for me.
Highly recommend for a hassle free vehicle purchase. The vehicles they sell are low mileage and the people are awesome to deal with. I traveled from 2 hours away to come to Blue Knob. Their prices, service, and efficiency can't be beat!!

Teresa Benson was wonderful! I highly recommend her. I called, told her the vehicle stock# & she verified it was on the lot. She faxed my bank the Dealer invoice. They dont add sales tax on there. Their fees are minimal. I took with me the loan officer check payable to blue knob, insurance certificate showing the vehicle I was purchasing was covered, my Driver's license & my hubby. We're both on the title so we both had to be present. The process was SO easy! We test drove it, decided we wanted it & then signed papers & we were out. I didn't try negotiating. It was a super great price. I got the '16 Toyota Camry with 11,000 miles. I had such a great experience; I know I'll be back. Was worth the long drive too.
