Brian Escala and the whole Fiore GMC team worked flawlessly to get me the best deal possible, the entire process only took approx. 2hrs from start to finish, great job Brian I will recommend you and your team to everyone that I know !!!!

Very pushy salesperson. Not a great experience. Felt very pressured the whole time we were there. Ended up leaving aburtly just before signing on the dotted line. So glad we did too.

The service is always excellent. The tech do a great job on fixing a problem you have right or just do a great job on routine maintenance.

I always get treated so well! The service staff is great and the work is done at a fair and reasonable price. As long as they keep doing service this way, I'll keep bringing my vehicles in.

Our experience with Fiore Buick, was the best of all dealerships. They truly go the extra mile and beyond. We are an older couple and have bought many cars and there is not another dealership, who truly cares about their customers, as Fiore Buick does. They did not just help us to find the car of our needs, but they have become our friends. Brian, Escala ,their sales rep. is a true gentlemen, honest, trust worthy, and caring. Has to be the BEST car buying experience the wife and I have ever had! Pleasant non-pushy sales staff. Our salesman (Brian Escala) sold us a vehicle (Encore) that we wanted, not a vehicle that he wanted us to buy. That's the type of sales people we need more of. The whole staff was friendly and made us feel welcome there. This is the first time dealing with Fiore Buick, thanks to Brian and the rest of the staff, it probably wont be the last. OUTSTANDING dealership. HIGHLY recommended. Thanks Brian from the both of us.

Very, very courteous and they listen to the customer. I have a 2016 Buick Lacrosse and the issues were minor. But Fiore's treated me like my issues were important no matter how small they were. They performed the repairs they said they would and they called me when the car was done. I'm very satisfied and would recommend them to anyone.

Mike Hann is a special salesperson. He was very patient as we tried different vehicles and made some good suggestions. He was very helpful in finding us a vehicle that met our needs and then some. We have dealt with Mike before and would go to Mike for any future needs or ideas when it comes to buying a car or truck.
