Adequate if brine-y ramen prepared with little attention to detail. Ingredients missing, not heated through, or incorrect.

Wow, this place is horrible! Worst customer service: We called Uber eat witch we due 3-4 times a week due to my family hectic scheduled. Order#C2F1C garloc shrimp tonkotsu which came with NO Shrimp, egg or garlic. Called and my wife spoke to manager and she was told to call Uber eatswe didn't want a refund just our correct order. She answer; order it Again. The nerves! Then I called 10 mins later and was staight lied too and told only a shift lead was available. They never apologized or offered any help and the "shift lead" told me to deal with it. If you have ANY classplease choose a restaurant worth you time and money. Not only was it the wrong order, noodles were still hard and took over 1hr 15mins.

I came in with a friend and our daughters and the server was so kind to the girls. That’s all you can ask for. Good food and great service. I’ve gotten people that ignore the kids but this guy last night was super sweet to them and was kind to us. Definitely coming back for him.

Great place and excellent service. I'm just sad that they don't serve Premium Tonkutsu White Ramen anymore. Best server is Summer btw!!

This place has some of the best ramen I have tasted and I eat Japanese food pretty much on the daily! However, better than the food was the service. My friend and I were served by a waitress named Sarai and she was just the sweetest and most professional woman, she just made the experience even more enjoyable. The entire staff was just amazing, I recommend this place 100% and will be returning with more friends next time!

Solid, reliable ramen chain.
Good choice to take newbies to - they do a good job of explaining options and making it approachable.

One of my favorite Ramen places in LA for sure. They have a great venue and good prices. The staff has always been very nice and accommodating to me and my parties. I especially like their black garlic Ramen and their pork belly buns! Once when me and my girlfriend were not feeling well they brought us extra fresh garlic and a garlic press!!!
