Excellent value for ticket price, crappy uncomfortable seats, but worth the way lower ticket prices! And they now get just released movies too instead of old ones that have left the big expensive theaters!

If you just want to watch a movie and have some popcorn and not break the bank doing so, Simi Valley 10 Cinemas is where you should be. Old school movie theatre, with good prices, $7.50 per adult on a Saturday night (great deal). They have the standard cinema menu, popcorn, soda and candyafter being in the new theatre atmospheres, it's nice to go old school. They typically have some of the new movies that have been released and those that are on their way out, so it's a great selection, especially if you miss seeing a film in the larger theaters.

Not sure if your aware of there price increase, still cheaper than our other theaters, however since they are starting to play new releases there prices went up. If they are going to increase there prices I feel they should at least provide satisfactory seating, those seats have seen there better days.

Good price, but a little outdated seating. The theater seating is worn. If price goes up not worth it. Better to go to Edwards or Studio movie grill.

They changed everything that made it great. The second run movies, the cheap pricing. No reason to go here anymore.

Very inexpensive place to see older movies. My last visit it only cost me $3.75. The seats could be more comfortable but they are not that bad for the cheap cost of seeing a movie on the big screen.

Reminds me of the many theaters I've been to in my misspent youth in the 80s and 90s. Same decor, same feel. It's a reasonably pleasant place to see a second-run film for a great price. I take my kids there all the time. Missing a star due to the really sticky floors in the theaters and the restrooms that the decades have not been overly kind to. Not nasty or anything, just aging without grace. I'll keep going, since it's ok considering the price.

Nice affordable $3 matinee tickets for movies in a small cozy multiplex, usually not crowded, usual price$ with free refill on large popcorn and drinks. Secure, safe small town environment

It's nice for the price. Wish they played more adult movies instead of kid ones but it's all good. Seats aren't very comfy but hey.. $5

I've seen 3 movies that were up for best picture this year all for $3.75 each on a Friday night. This is not the newest cineplex, but it is definitely worth it. I also like to see the big blockbusters here since it's not $12 and the explosions are still just as big.

I love this theater! I don't get to come here often enough but I love the ambiance, location and comfy seats. I got some freshly made popcorn on my last visit and it was good! I like that it is smaller and less chaotic than other theaters. I hope to return sometime soon.
