I didn't care to come here for the longest but sense they got new seats, I love this place like I did when I was a kid. They also have free refills on any size cup. Did I also mention the seats recline. Be careful don't fall asleep because they're nice.

Always a great, strait forward theater. So many options to choose from. This is only a 4, because I miss the drive in this theater replaced. That was some of my best childhood memories. So much for sour grapes, as they've made deciduous wine with this theater over the years since the change.

Excellent customer service, Love the reclining chairs. Wasn't too fond of Frozen mini movie before the Coco movie. Thanks Diana for helping out where to seat. Great job guys, see you next time!

I really like this theater. I love the reclining seats. I must admit that the theater size is pretty small but they are clean and maintained very well. It's my go-to spot for watching movies.

I came to this theatre with my daughter and mother in law and was detained because we refused to let them look in our purses. They didn't check men pockets only Lady bags. When I asked what they were looking for the idiot employee said it was their old policy that they are now reinforcing. He never answered my question or gave me a straight answer. I will never go there again! Young kids I can understand but middle aged and senior citizens? Give me a break! Are they checking for snacks and drinks or weapons? Be honest and let people know before they buy the tickets that they are subject to a search.

Plenty of free parking. Super comfortable seats. Not as crowded as other locations in the valley. Large popcorn is refillable. Refillable sodas too. Great quickie restaurants on far end of parking lot. Usually get a bite to eat at poquito mas before the movie. Best place to beat the 100 degree days in the valley.

I wish I was able to give this place more than 5 stars if i was able to. This place is just downright amazing. I've been to many theaters in "high-class" areas and they don't have reclining seats and they are not as comfortable as Winnetka seats. This place is amazing and so are the people that work. I will definitely be coming back here.

I have been going here for awhile. I much rather prefer the old walk in and find your seat method, but the new cushioned, recliner seats cannot be beat. Shows usually start on time. My only complaint is the issue with its system double-booking seats and causing attendees to argue over seats.

Employees are always a pleasure. Shopping center has great eats for before or after a movie. Con is that behind the theater a small shanty town has emerged. Do not park on the side or backpark in front of the theater

Pacific theatres stepped up to the plate. They realized that people don't mind spending $12 per ticket but they like to be comfortable. People, customers, want to be comfortable when they watch a 2-3 hr movie. But I can't be a true critic without telling you guys that the snacks are still extremely overpriced and the selection is still slim to none. Step it up with the snacks or even meals and you will be 5 stars from everyone for a while.

I'm not sure what happened to the other 9 screens here. The new reclining seats are fantastic though! We had stopped going to this location but with the new seats there's so much room! More than all the AMCs in the valley even with their similar reclining seats.
