Love the new seatingsaw the new Star Wars movie tonight in theater 13 at 6pm and even though got only the 2nd rowthe screen wasn't too close. I could have done without the teenagers in row 1 that snapchatted and talked the whole movie and didn't even watch it. That was distractingand the Regal employee checked the fire doors twice throughout the movie didn't say anything to thembut I suppose that's expected nowadays. My 14 y/o sitting next to me shut her phone off for the movie so I chalk it up to manners. I'll go again and hopefully find no distractions and people who are well behaved and with proper movie etiquette.

    These people are the best!
When we found ourselves sitting uncomfortabley close to the screen and sound, the manger made it good. She got us better seats at a showing the next day! We love Regal Cinemas!

Most screens have been remodeled with plush recliner seats and reserved seating.
Note that screens with recliner seats have significantly less seating capacity, so reserve your seats early.
Parking in typically plentiful, even if you might need to walk a bit.

Let me preface my entire by saying this : I have never in my almost 19 years of living have experienced a single problem in any movie theater up until now. A couple of friends and I decided we wanted to see 'It' on Saturday night at a 9:15 showing. Based on past experiences with larger opening weekends we all decided to buy our tickets a couple of hours earlier without a single hitch. Fast forward to all of us sitting in the theater and we start to notice something strange : It's 9:30 and the movie still hasn't started. In fact, we had seen a preview for the EXACT movie we were trying to see TWICE. A few helpful employees announced that things hopefully should be working soon and that there was a minor issue going on. As the seconds turned into minutes, We assumed there was something wrong but everyone in the theater was obviously willing to wait. So of course, we decided to wait out the obvious technical difficulties that the Regal staff had to deal with After waiting a grand total of an HOUR and a half in a full theater a bunch of people (my group and I included) decide to see what's going on. The manager obvious stressed offers us customers a choice, we can either wait until the 11:35 showing or we can get a voucher for a free movie in the future. So basically, everyone in the theater had wasted their time and got a voucher that actually doesn't let you see the movie even after opening weekend. But hey, it could've been worse. At least the chairs were comfortable.

Currently at the 25 minute mark waiting for a chicken sandwich. I don't know what their process is in the kitchen, but someone has to fix it.
It takes forever to get hot food here. Now if it was made fresh, brought to me, and I could be watching my movie while I wait, than 25 minutes is fine. Like Studio Movie Grill.

    **update** 30 minute mark.
A woman just walked by and asked if I was waiting for anything. Mine hasn't even started being made yet

Be prepared to not get the seats you request even when they are open and available AND you go the day before to buy them. I was told I could not have the seats that were available and that I had to move my seat selection over because 'they expect to sell out that showing'. You may expect it but the point of assigned seating is to be able to choose the seats you want if they are available. I guess there should be fine print somewhere warning us. Not to mention they charge you more than they are supposed. If you already have regal tickets they make you pay a 'surcharge' because they are a luxury theater so your tickets don't cover the cost. So if you buy discounted tickets through your work that they have an agreement with regal to be honored at full price, then regal suddenly doesn't honor it. You're discounted $10 tickets aren't honored at $11 AND they aren't even honored to the cost you paid. So instead of you paying a dollar more (if they really won't honor it and want the full price), instead they make you pay $2 with your ticket. So while someone else can walk up and pay $11, you get punished for you discounted ticket and pay $12.

4 stars due to comfort of new seating, comfort is key when watching first run movies. Lack of extra star due to food choices not as good as I would hope for i.e. healthy options or more hot snacks

The staff are helpful and accommodating. For the price you pay for a ticket, their concessions could be more reasonable. It would be helpful to show the combos available - with the items you get and their prices. The theatre was clean, the movie clear, and the sound good. Overall a pleasant experience and I will go back again.

It's been a while since I visited A Nice relaxing theater. The seats are great 👍 the sound 🔊 even better. But the #1 thing was there Manager because my wife and I are disabled with kids. So he was able to help us out around the theater. I happened to loose his name but I remember he was of Asian decent the guy was great help. We will be back soon for the movie 🎥 and Food 😀

Nice reclining seating, although I do feel that they need to replace their white backdrops. In some theatre rooms, you can clearly see dirt or something that makes certain parts of the picture darker. Kinda hard not to ignore it once you see it.
