I went in there to use the restroom as soon as I close the door a man was trying to say something but I had to go so bad .I ignored it when I was pulling up my dress to use the restroom he opened the door and told me to get the f*** out of his restaurants no I have no idea who he is but I know one thing this is what's wrong with black owned businesses because the diner next door welcomed me with open arms they have great hospitality and they don't have public restrooms either. And it's sad to say as a African woman to be spoken to in such manner by her black brother I hope well and the best for you in your lifetime.

The staff isnt really personable. The cashier looks like she hates her life and the owner doesnt come off as friendly. The food is either a hit or a miss and sometimes the wings taste like old grease. I have never been to a wing spot where ranch or blue cheese does not come with wings or fries but it comes with the meal if you get celery.

Lemon pepper wings are great! The Dirty bird is a BBQ flavor. Great staff!

So I have not been at this location for about a year but the wings had great flavor! A bit small for my liking but overall great wings. I also got a great drink to go along with my wings. A good place to kick back with friends and an overall a good experience.

Great place to be if your looking for a good time and great atmosphere. I love Raven. Very down to earth woman and outstanding customer service. And shout out to the cooks Matt and DayDay. Delicious food guys. Im there every night

THE MANAGER STEVE WAS VERY VERY VERY VERY DISRESPECTFUL. I CALLED ABOUT THE FOOD THAT I HAD RECEIVED FROM THEM A WHILE AGO AND I JUST WANTED MY ORDER TO BE CORRECTED. STEVE CUT ME OFF AND STARTED YELLING SAYING THAT HE IS STANDING RIGHT HERE COME GET THESE WINGS THEY DON'T DELIVER CUTTING ME AND MY CO WORKERS OFF. HE STARTED TO SAY HE HAS NO RECORD OF IT WHEN I ORDERED THROUGH POST MATES AND THEY HAVE TO PAY THEM WITH THEIR CARD. SO HE WAS LYING ALL THE WHILE I'M EXPLAINING TO HIM AND HE STATING JUST LET ME KNOW WHEN YOU ARE DONE SO I CAN FINISH TALKING. I THEN TOLD HIM HOW YOUR EMPLOYEES ARE GOING TO RESPECT CUSTOMERS WHEN THEY SEE THEIR MANAGER DOING THIS TO A CUSTOMER. I WILL NEVER EVER EVER EVER EAT THERE AGAIN. HE WAS JUST TO DISRESPECTFUL FOR ME.

Hard to locate. Took 20 mins to find and park. Better hope you find parking. Wings were NOT HOT AT ALL AND WERE DRY AS HELL..mild wings tasted like unseasoned chicken. Paid too much for something i could have made BETTER at home. The girl who works there talks on the phone holding conversation while you on the other line waiting. She'll leave you on hold too till you figure it out. To top it off, I got overcharged on my card. If youre looking for the best wings please loom somewhere else. Trust me. Im pregnant. Ignored the bad reviews and I got exactly what I deserved.

Need new cashiers they are very slow not a tentative to their customers need new management take forever for them to recognize you in the restaurant never go back again

I had a pretty awesome experience, the food is great the sever was really nice to me. You have to get up and ask for a refill which I think is fine. The only reason I give it 4 stars is I think the music should be a lower.

I had my 1st experience there yesterday. I had wings, which were pretty good by the way. I also ordered a featured drink on their menu. The bartender didn't know how to make it and the drink I received wasn't what I ordered. The atmosphere was very inviting though.
