Good basic food. Good steaks and very pleasant atmosphere. We stopped here off of 81 on a long trip and it was a very pleasant stop.. our waitress Alicia was exceptional

This is one of the best Sagebrush Steakhouse's I have ever been to. The food and service were outstanding and the staff there are amazing. Very clean restaurant .

Great service and cold beer but the steak I ordered medium was like shoe leather. Overall good meal except steak.

I stop here every year when traveling in the area. It has been a consistently good experience. Last visit in October 2017 was particularly good. Food was delicious and the beer was cold.

It was pretty good. Easy access from 77. The food was good, hot and timely. Be aware if you order green beans they are fresh and sauteed, doesn't fit some people's taste, and the cole slaw is a bit different style than you normally get at restaurants. I had the bourbon glazed salmon and was satisfied. Both the sweet potato my mother ordered and baked potato I ordered seemed microwaved.

My steak was PERFECT, exactly as I ordered it. The waiter was attentive without being overwhelming, very friendly. The atmosphere is lowkey and casual. The Cowboy potatoes were phenomenal! I will be a repeat customer.

Surprised to read all the negative reviews. Stopped here for the first time about a week ago. All the food was good and steak was cooked perfect. Plus our waiter was excellent, which was a pleasant surprise because he was a younger lad. Couldn't ask for much better of a dining experience, especially when traveling.

We're traveling through and got a discount for being a guest of super 8. They have excellent steaks and reasonably priced drinks. Didn't care for the country music.

Wasn't too impressed. Took them three times to cook my steak and even then it wasn't right. Had them put it in a to go box because my family was done eating and wanted to leave. Everytime they brought it out it was burned on the outside and raw inside. I don't eat A-1 on my steak but had to in order to dilute the burnt taste. Other dishes were pretty good tho. Server was very nice and tried to make it right, I know it wasn't her fault.

The service was good the server was nice and we didn't have to wait on drinks to be refilled. The steak was great a nice cut of meat no gristle. I ordered mine medium rare it was closer to medium which is why i didnt rate at 5 stars. The appetizers were really good had the chips and queso and an onion blossom.

What a nice place to relax and have a good steak while traveling through western Virginia. Great food, service, wine, and prices. Those that have complaints must not enjoy life away from NYC or Chicago. I will make it a point to stop here when passing through. Enjoy the REAL America while you can.

We really enjoyed the food here, and the service was friendly enough. The reason I rate this at only three stars is the wait for our food. The appetizers should have been quick, it took at least 20 minutes for them to come out, then an additional 30 minutes for the entrees. It was not so busy that it should take so long for what are fairly basic meals. That being said, I really did like the pepper jack bites appetizer, and the chopped steak entree. My husband won lunch though, his steak and shrimp meal was delicious. Delicious food, country music atmosphere, great if you don't mind waiting for your meal.
