Great server, very helpful. Entrees were disappointing. Had the Ribeye soaked in citrus, ordered it medium rare, it came out medium and medium well and rather dried up, not juicy. The server saw it right away and took it back. I opted for the special instead, the 12 oz. slow roasted prime rib. It came out nice and pink. But it tasted surprisingly bland. It just didn't taste very beefy. I can only guess what caused that--too old? Too long in the fridge? Cheap sources of beef?
On the other hand my 10 yo said the kids' steak tips and mac & cheese were great.
Desserts. I ordered the brownie with a Hershey's bar melted on top. I somehow thought the dish and my ordering it could both be good ideas. That must have been the red wine doing the thinking. I was too full, but the dessert itself is a misconception. Too dense, too sticky, and I don't think I could have finished it even if I were starving.response / report this review -

Poor service, food made me sick for several days. Place is getting nasty as time goes by .
Needs to be remodeled.
Have eaten there since it opened , has gotten worse over the years.

Not a bad place to get a steak, but not the best either. This franchise is average for the chain. Longhorn easily beats this steakhouse.

Seated promptly, clean & friendly establishment. Quick service and great food. Portions are good for the value. Delicious rolls prior to food arrival.

This restaurant was recommended by the Hampton Inn Desk. I walked next door and sat at the bar. There were lots of tables in the bar, but all of them were full of dirty dishes. There was also a container of dirty dishes on the bar itself. I ordered a cheeseburger and fries. The cheeseburger came out well well done (I ordered medium) without fries. The bartender told me the fries would come out soon. They never came. Once I finished my burger 15 minutes later, I paid and left. I was disappointed as it looks like a good potential restaurant; however, numerous servers were huddled at the end of the bar talking and chit chatting while dirty tables were everywhere. There were four hostesses out front not doing anything. I don't write reviews very often, but I hope this gets to management and they take control of this location as they have to be losing money on what should be a very successful location.

My husband's steak cooked wrong twice, so he didn't even get to eat dinner. This location definitely should not be considered a steak house. I've had better steaks prepared at shoneys.

fries were reheated. Burger Patty wasn't even a whole, it was broken and threw on a bun. It wasn't good at all. Should have went to McDonald's. Manager was nice.

I had the Marshall Dillon steak and it was one of the best steaks that I've ever had. For a side, I had the baked sweet potato that was deliciously memorable. The service was perfect. But, I have one small request. The booths are too close and need to be roomier for us bigger people.
