$26.00 for For a dozen of the worst grilled oysters I ever had!!!! Goto Half Shell for Raw
Over cooked Small Tiger shrimp cocktail.
Cobb Salad was good.
Off of Duval Street and all the touristy places. Two of us had the Lobsta Roll. and the bun was so burnt on Both, we couldn't even taste the lobster.
Service was friendly, but there was a floatie in my beer and the blackened chicken sandwich wasn't all that good. I even told my wife before we finished the meal that I'm going to need to eat again later. There are so many better choices for food and drink around here.
Been there two days ago. Just had soup and salad, very delicious, attentive and friendly staff. Loved that place. Also for their playlist. When you're there, ask the bartender to do his long-distance lime wedge flick :D
This the perfect place to grab a hot dog and a beer in Key West. This was walking distance from our hotel, yeah I know all of Key West is in walking distance, but actually around the corner. Stopped in and had the Island Dogs dog and a beer. My son had the bacon wrapped hot dog, which he said was perfect.
There was a guy playing guitar and singing and it was fun. Definitely worth a stop. Actually, the next night stopped in with the wife and son, and she enjoyed it too.
We enjoyed it enough to buys t shirts. And I usually do not like to purchase something to advertise for someone, so that says a lot.
We come to Key West at least once a year. I've gotta say this place is top notch when it comes to their hot dogs, but I have to give it a one star due to their service. We came in on a Monday night (not busy at all), and sat at the bar, where it took ten minutes to even get our drink order. Once we finally ordered and got our food, nobody checked in on us to see if we needed a refill or anything else.
We came back today (Thursday) for lunch to give it another try, and it was the same story. We were honestly very disappointed considering we traveled a great distance for such great food. Maybe next year their service will improve.
Went on a night when it was pouring rain. The hostess watched us cross the river of a street and, I'm not kidding, ignored us when we walked up. Like, I asked if it's self seating, and she looked up at me then looked back down at her phone and typed away. Cue 30 seconds of awkward silence before she finally takes us to get seated, all without a word.
Okay, wasn't gonna hold it against the place for one worker. The food was decent. Then, the waitress, who was the only one working, took over half an hour to get our checks and get us out of the restaurant, after we finished our last drink. So I'm convinced there's a major service problem at this restaurant. Three to four stars on food, one on service.
Excellent choice for happy hour! We polished off our fair share of half price oysters. The tuna tataki was delicious. I'm from New England, so the white conch chowder was superior to the red based that seemed to be more prevalent here in the keys. It was creamy and worth ordering again.
If you're lucky, you'll get Sarah (that means Princess, you know) as your server. She's awesome--attentive but not overbearing.
On a side note, the bathrooms were beautiful and clean, always a good sign, right ladies?!
I asked for a hamburger cooked medium and I got a burger so charred it looked like a briquette. I brought it to the server's attention and she took one look and sent it right back. However the replacement, although not charred, was definitely well done and not medium as I requested. This is unacceptable for a $13 burger! The food was dropped off with no question as to whether or not we needed anything else. The server was also inattentive whereby I had to go and collect my own condiments from another section of the bar while she was busy talking to another customer. With all the good places to eat in Key West, I certainly will not be returning to this one.
Quickly seated, but also rushed. Watered down margaritas and overcooked fish and chips. They do allow dogs outside and offer water but that's about it.
Great place in the heart of downtown, close to all sorts of shops, good food (breakfast, lunch, or dinner), drinks (bottomless mimosas until noon), service (especially Jenny, she was awesome) and dog friendly out on the patio We appreciate being able to take our 'kids' places and having them welcome there ;-)
The monitors are amazing. Better than at the Cuban place down the road. And their conch fitters were real good too. Hit the happy hours!
We had hot dogs made to
Order and drinks. It was a great place to get lunch and rest from walking around Key West. The staff was extremely nice. We will definitely be going back!!
