What's not to love about the Ale House? Plenty of tv's, good drink prices & better food than the typical Chili's or Fridays.

Went to this location twice recently for 1 pm football games on sunday. When the bar area is almost empty at 4:50 pm and you have to wait for 10 minutes for a beer by asking the staff we will not be back again! Even though the obt and sand lake location is much further than this location the place is way busier, more friendly and you dont have to wait for a beer ever. The beer cooler was left open and even though i thought my husband complained way too much he was right. The beers were hot. Great job on the worst service ever at an ale house!!!

Had the 35-shrimp dinner. It was great. Two people could easily split the meal. Wish we had this restaurant in Kansas City.

A great place to go eat. Tends to get crowded after 5pm. Great variety during the week. Love the open air Florida bar.

I like Millers ..been there several times..Sat at the bar tonight.server attentive.. drinks were goodmy son had the steak..I had cobia..both very good.. well seasoned..tasty ..BUT..food temperature only warm..food should have been HOT..not slightly warm cooling down by the time our plate was put in front of us to eat..the Cesar salad lettuce was not fresh.. no crunch just wet like.:(

Honestly nothing I can say but will be the last time I come back to. This location I am always a big fan of ale house but this location truly just put the worst taste in my mouth and I mean it figuratively had the the nerve to point out a mistake I didn't cause not my fault your employee couldn't listen.. I'm making sure next time I drive the few extra miles to the ale house by Waterford I truly just could go on. Will be making sure corporate knows about this location. Improvement must be made

Impressive menu, yes. Horrible service, absolutely. We have given this place sooooooo many chances and lost count on how many times we have walked out. They have a waiting list for tables when there are numerous tables empty, clean and available. Once, we sat and waited 30 minutes for our coughing and sneezing server to bring us drinks and we gave up on waiting any longer so we go up and went somewhere else for dinner. That is only one of many other bad experiences we have had there. I will never waste another minute of my time even thinking about going to eat at any Ale House again. That's a dang shame too because I love the food.

Good food, some what clean, the vibe is right. Place only gets 2 stars because we waited for our food for 45 minutes. Waiter never came back.

Out of the many times i have attempted to either eat or hit the bar for a drink or two i have to say that i would prefer going elsewhere. The food is alright but if heading to the patio bar it seems as though it attracts a few obnoxious group. Which is all good if that is the type of environment your into i guess.

Excellent place!! Great service! Great Food!!And let me tell you I go every day! I just say to the company one sever Name "Dita" have issues! Please help that girl.. she just need help for understanding everybody are diferent! And This is USA for everyone ! If nobody do nothing about it . I just change my review for 1 star ! That's the only way I have to say what she are doing With his boss!!
