Great experience and quite a show, but the food was just a little short of five stars. Still, a 4-star establishment through and through.
Not real happy. Went out to eat there for my birthday. Had 6 in the family. Because one was a child, they didn't give a discount in anything for my birthday. Uses to be our go to place for birthdays. With 7 in the family. They will sure miss us.
Amazingly fresh fish! Great service..I have had sushi so many places and I was pleasantly surprised at the choices of sushi, the quality and the creativeness of the menu.. Thank you Ginza
The waitress at this restaurant was extremely rude! We tipped the cook, and didn't leave her a tip because not once did she bother checking on us or bothering to even get us a refill. The waitress followed us outside of the restaurant to ask for a tip that she didn't deserve! However, the food was good but customer service was beyond poor.
Food is great and less expensive than other Japanese hibachi grills. The chefs are always entertaining and out of 12 visits, I've never been disappointed!
Update: Aug 2017
Went back, had a great meal again with excellent service. I think it's now my favorite hibachi in the Port Orange area. The portion sizes still haven't changed much, less veggies and rice than other places offer, but tastes much better still. Still very much recommend.

We had a very enjoyable meal here recently, staff was great and the food was very fresh.
I hesitate on giving 5 stars because the portions were slightly smaller than what I'm used to, and while very good I have had better hibachi style meals.
Great food, great service, good portions for what you're spending. We went on Wednesdays, 2 for 1 sake, wine and beer! Really my only issue with Ginza, is that from the moment my party sat down, to the moment the chef was done; we were rushed. We hate being rushed, it kind of ruins the whole experience. And for that, I had to give it 4 of 5 stars. I'd come back, given the chance.
Best tasting hibachi restaurant in town. Locally owned and reasonably priced. Better value than all other Japanese Steakhouses in the Daytona area.
Sushi is always good and ready when we get there to pick it up. Hibachi is fun when we are in the mood for a big meal. Really good prices.
The food here is the best in town!! Always fresh sushi
I order extra vegetable. They refused to give me extra and said that they did and clearly they did not. They did not take the price off my bill.

Always a pleasure coming to Ginza, fresh ingredients, decent service and fabulous sushi chefs-- so much passion and love go into every single creation.
