The food was excellent, I was there with a very large group, and I have a private room for us in the back… Parking was ample… The main entry was a little difficult to navigate from the main highway even though the restaurant was perfectly visible from the street… Just be aware it’s a weird situation to pull into the parking lot.

Excellent local restaurant. The chef is very nice (or so I hear), and I never had problems with my waiter during my dining experience outlined below.
I went here as part of a volunteer appreciation dinner on behalf of Botanical Gardens of Volusia, Inc. last year. We had a private dining room to ourselves, the catering was excellent. I ordered a steak and salad, the salad was very nice though I am not a fan of salads in general. The steak was enormous! It was quite excellent and I ordered it well-done. Between the steak and the mashed potatoes I was completely stuffed by the end of the meal (no dessert). I will come again later this year.response / report this review -

The other Stonewood beside the ocean is way better. It took me 30 minutes to get my bread on an empty day at this location.. my water stayed empty, my waitress knew nothing about the spirit and craft beer selection. I'm guessing because we're younger, she assumed we wouldn't tip as good, so she didnt worry as much about us as the older couple two booths down. We ordered the exact same meal at both resturuants, at this location I left a 9 dollar tip "solemnly based on service" at the other location I left a 25 dollar tip "solemnly based on service". This location will run themselves out of business, if you have the option, go to the other location.

Outstanding food and service. Stonewood in my opinion, is the finest restaurant in the area. I would highly recommend Stonewood to anyone who would ask me where to get an excellent meal in mellow surroundings. Its just the best.

My husband and I had dinner here on Tuesday while on vacation. This was our first time dining at this restaurant. I must say we were both very impressed with the service and food. I have never tasted food that was so full of flavor! I am still at awe with the perfection that was put into our dinner! We will definitely be back on our next trip. Thank you for a wonderful dinner!

Our two servers for the private party were attentive to each diner's need before they knew they needed it. From the appetizers to the main course to dessert it was delicious.

Absolutely wonderful dining experience. Our server, Dave, was polite, helpful, and professional . We ordered the lamb chops, short ribs, and ribeye, each entree was outstanding. The stonewood salad was also delicious. I would recommend The Stonewood Grill without hesitation for a great night out. Dave you're the best!
