Our room was facing the Destin harbor and pretty much right over the water in the bay! It's a little dated and the bathroom was small but the room was a nice size. Both beds were pretty comfortable. Front desk clerk was super pleasant! The price is reasonable for the room facing the Bay!

The staff was ok. The picture lie about what the facility looks like. The rooms was dirty. I had to use a wash cloth to wipe down the walls. The bed was not so comfortable. The sheets did not get changed and the tubes did not get clean either. And don’t ask for now towels and wash cloth they will tell you to wait for housekeeping. The breakfast was ok for children but not for adults. I wish they had more fruit and Soy milk.

The view was amazing. The room at first was fine, but the paint in the shower is pealing horribly. The bed is comfortable but creaky and there weren't any sheets or blankets for the pullout couch. The staff is awesome though.
It's not terrible for the price.

The pictures of the hotel tell a lie. The furniture is beat up and outdated. The lobby smelled like smoke. The carpet in the halls were ripped from being over stretched. The sliding door was droken and wouldn’t shut. Probably because it was the original door 70 years ago. The inner room walls were all stucco. Which Looks great for a indoor racquetball game. They have rust on their baseboards. Their lamp shades had stains of grease. Gross!! No closet doors. For breakfast they only had cold cereal, toast, oatmeal packs and some kind of mini sausage sandwiches that you had to heat up yourself.
The only good thing was the one free wipe to take off my makeup.

Stayed here on 2/23 checked out on 2/24 This hotel has a bad odor. The pictures on the website does not match what you actually get. It is very old and very outdated. They should put more money back into rebuilding their business. This may be an okay place for spring breakers, but for the more mature I don't think so. The price was okay, but you get what you pay for. I have learned my lesson.

Its horrible here been here since Monday night and the room have spiders and ants. This is a bad hotel small ass rooms and we paid 600 to stay here never again and I wouldn't recommend this hotel to nobody

The Inn on Destin Harbor is one great place to stay. The rooms are clean, the staff is very polite and professional. The view of the Harbor is spectacular. We park there, and walk to the Harbor Docks, that start / ends next door. We don't have to drive anywhere for activities, restaurants, or for fishing. The price is most reasonable. Definitely a great place to stay and play. I give them 5 stars.

DO NOT STAY HERE AT ALL COSTS after being at this hotel for one night we have run into a bunch of issues I am surprised this wasteland even passes inspection. This dump should have been closed in 1982, but shockingly it is still open. The rooms are absolutely disgusting, unbearable, grimey, and hands-down just gross. From moldy towels to holes in the ceiling, these rooms and hallways have all the "charm" of a gross hotel. The floors in the room were dirty and the beds squeaked. The bathroom had rust and mildew everywhere. Overall just a very unsanitary place to stay

Checked in 6/17/17. Friendly staff, great harbor views, & great location to Harbor Walk Village but Motel is a dump! Needs major work. Husband had to tighten bolts under sink as it was leaking, patio is a puddle when it rains due to poor design of bldg. Overhang doesn't go out far enough & roof leaking in 2 places in room! Save money & stay somewhere else!**no complimentary 🍷 when I was there!

Rooms were nice, pool was clean. Access to small beach. Staff was helpful with directions. Complimentary wine at front desk was nice surprise.

First time in Destin for a weekend getaway and we abosolutely loved this hotel! The pool is lovely and the view is incredible for the price. A great place for alone time and the staff treated us far better than what we have experienced before. They made our stay overly great. Definitely will return.

Update: 4 years later & we still love this place❤️

Horrible, bugs everywhere and smelled like mold. Looked as if the beds had bed bugs but didn't stay long enough to make sure. They did however give a full refund fairly quickly.
