I was highly dissapointed in the overall experience at this "Resort." The beds were bad, food was improperly portioned for it's price, and the only place to get any type of view was in an ocean front room. I was happy to see they were undergoing a renovation. What was finished looks nice. I did not take the construction activity into account for this rating, otherwise it would have been lower. Side note, upon checking into your room, IMMEDIATELY check your bed for Bed Bugs.

Great service in the ballroom. Needs some updating but they are renovating the hotel so I can't wait to see when it's done. Gorgeous views of the water. Bartenders for the social hour went above and beyond. Very pleasant.

Here Now, and we love it we will definitely be back. I was worried about the construction before we got her, but it's not a inconvenience at all. The Grounds are Beautiful. The food is delicious. The views are breathtaking. The staff are Friendly. You can't go wrong if you stay here.

We checked in this weekend and the property is currently having an upgrade. The staff have been more than accommodating. They all have been very friendly. Some things are a little out of place for now but it didn't damper our stay whatsoever. The pizza here is amazing. And the rooms and property is kept clean. We hope to return soon!

I’ve been coming here since I was a teenager and I now have teens of my own. I love this hotel. The grotto is beautiful, the views from my rooms when I come to stay are gorgeous. We always have super nice wait staff at the garden restaurant. My family (including my husband, 4 kids, parents and brother) try to visit every other year. We always enjoy ourselves.

Hard to argue with what you get for the price here. The rooms were clean, the people were very nice, and the access to the beach was fantastic. If you are more inclined to stay by the pool, they have a heated shallower pool and a non-heated larger/deeper pool. The only negatives are very small bathrooms, and we thought the breakfast buffet was overpriced, but the room rate more than makes up for it. They have one of the only beach bars in the area also. Enjoy!

Beautiful resort! The housekeepers, Thelma and Lulu are awesome! Enjoyed meeting and interacting with them. All the staff is very nice. Really enjoyed our stay just not long enough.

I'm literally at this hotel right now, laying in bed, listening to a bunch of noise! The a.c unit is louder than a train, but if I turn it off all I hear is all the people screaming at the pool and hallways. Most noise I've ever heard in a hotel. My kids can't sleep. Carpet is disgusting, bathroom was not cleaned and when you turn the light on it makes a very loud humming noise that won't stop. Hands down the worst place we've ever stayed. Oh, and everyone here is drinking non stop not family friendly. We do not recommend!!!

This hotel has a heated pool which we absolutely love and an area for children. It is also right on the beach which is amazing! The lobby area is very well put together and pretty. The workers here are very nice and helpful. The only negative with this hotel are the rooms. While we had a great view of the pool, The room just was dirty, especially the floors and out of date.

Completely too expensive for the quality of the room and upkeep of property. $ 263 a night is outrageous for what it is. If more people would be honest with the reviews, we would have not booked here. Rooms and property are very dated and dirty. Pools have not been cleaned or maintained, black mold visible. The bar drinks were incredibly over priced. The hotel places chairs with umbrellas along the beach, but you have to rent them for an extra fee. And there's currently something killing a lot of fish, so the beach and water is littered with fish carcasses. (Not hotels fault, just saying we couldn't even go enjoy the beach!) Not sure what your expectations are, but we've stayed at a lot nicer places for comparable price. Pictures include bug guts that were on the wall above our bed when we checked in, and the rusted and dirty bathroom.

Normally stay at the holiday inn on Santa Rosa. This was about $+100 cheaper for 3 nights but I'm my opinion it's worth it. The hotel is okay. The pool is awesome. The room is decent and very clean. Little dated. Direct access go the beach as well but here you have to rent beach chairs and an umbrella (for roughly $100 for the day someone told me)
Probably won't stay here again but the stay is nowhere near bad.

This was an excellent quick stop for us (family of 5.) The hotel rooms and lobby need some updating, but everything was comfy and clean! EXCELLENT pool!!!
Parking was a bit difficult, and the rooms are everywhere, so its quite a walk. However, helpful staff were quick and courteous to show us exactly how to find our room.
    Friendly staff everywhere ❤

We've been twice in the last 3 years with our small children, and both times it was great. Our 2 and 4 yr old both had a blast. One of the nights on our recent visit(first week of June), there was a fireworks display put on by the Ramada, which the kids loved, and another night a projector and screen were set up at the pool to show Inside Out for the kids. The hotel grounds are kept very nice and give a great tropical rain forest type of feel. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to mostly relax and not feel the need to go anywhere.

The room was well maintained but dated. Loved the pool view room; very serene at night and feels like you're a part of the activity during the day. Water pressure is good but the shower floor is very slippery. Please use the bath mat provided. Full length mirror and extra plugs on the bedside nightstand were very convenient. Lost stars because the parking was very limited even for handicapped parking, the required deposit based wrist bands are reused (not sure they are cleaned), room service was a 2 hour wait and there was a disturbance and police action the night we stayed.
