Visited for one night because of a flight cancelation. Staff was very friendly! The hotel was very clean! They had bananas and apples out in the lobby! Many amenities such as the coffee bar, the pool, the hot tub, and the breakfast bar. We had to leave at 4am to catch a flight before the breakfast was opened and they had breakfast bags for us ready to take! They also had a fridge with some snacks! Would visit again!

We only stayed at the Fairfield Inn & Suites Fort Walton Beach just one night and it was awesome!
Upon check-in, the staff were upscale with hospitality, the room was clean, the beds were comfortable, the breakfast was awesome as they had just about everything covered that you could want. We checked out like normal before noon, and everything was just wonderful but as we were on our way home after a medical appointment over at the base, we found that we were missing my two year old daughters security bunny blanket. I called the hotel and spoke with Gennie and she was just so awesome! She had my daughters “Bunny” and I asked if they mailed things and she took my information and personally ensured that we got our dear beloved “Bunny” back. My daughter had to wait two days but when she finally got her “Bunny” she was so Happy and I cannot Thank Gennie enough for her understanding, superb hospitality and amazing service. Thank you so much!
If anyone wants amazing service, a superb breakfast, and absolutely awesome hospitality staff; stay at this hotel because you will get nothing but the best!

I am currently staying in this hotel for an extended time. Everything about the hotel is awesome considering it is a Fairfield except for one this: the noise. Not the noise within the hotel, but the the bar that is directly outside my window; as in 6 feet from the hotel. There is constant yelling and loud talking going on on the back porch. If that is your game, there is a gate separating the Marriott patio from the bar patio for you to easily join the shenanigans. But if you are looking to get some rest after long work days, ASK FOR A ROOM FACING THE TREES ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE HOTEL!
As I said, the staff is amazing, the breakfast lady is one of the nicest people in the business (FREE HOT BREAKFAST INCLUDED), the rooms are new and spotless, and they have a decent shop downstairs for food and other necessities.
This is probably the best Fairfield I have stayed in with regard to everything except the location. I will update my rating if I am able to get moved across the hall tomorrow.

My family and I stayed here last week for a little vacation and absolutely loved this hotel! We got in late last Wednesday around 930pm and the two front desk agents that checked us in were fantastic! We had been on the road for 10 hours and I was kind of irritated but they welcomed us and I felt right at home. Clean rooms, awesome breakfast area and a nice little pool area for the family. Every morning we would get greeted with smiles and “Good Mornings!”Each and every day. Fort Walton and Destin were only 15mins away and wasn’t bad driving that way. Thinking about coming back in the summer and would love to stay here again. Really enjoyed the level of customer service and I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

Great service! Great Hotel! Very friendly staff, and very accommodating. Should add some vegetables to their breakfast, but otherwise breakfast was great.

I want to take this time to thank General Manager Tanisha Vidales. She epitomizes what a General Manager does. Her professionalism needs to be commended. As Hurricane evaucees, she provided us a very clean, safe and friendly hotel. This hotel has been wonderful. I will be contacting Corporate HQ to send a commendation for her treatment of hurricane Irma evacuees. I travel Worldwide for business and stay at the finest hotels. I must say her actions toward us in this time of crisis was World ClassThank You from the bottom of my heart

All the staff from front dest to serving staff to housekeeping were very friendly. Very nice hotel, clean, and quiet. The complimentary hot breakfast was very good, tons to choose from. My husband love the gym on site, that included weights. Good distance and nice, safe part of town, close to local attractions.

I've stayed here several times for business and never been disappointed. The rooms are always clean and well- maintained, as is the rest of the property. The free breakfast is on par with other hotels in the same price range.

Location was nice. There was a dope lil pub right next door called Cheers. The rooms and service were pretty standard. No complaints.

I took 3 nieces and a nephew to the beach. This was one of the only hotel rooms that we could all stay together (queen suite) and it was a good price even though I booked it two days before spring their spring break! Front desk, management, housekeeping, and breakfast attendants were all very friendly and helpful, the room was well set up and it was family friendly with a variety of foods for breakfast. I have to thank the staff too, when we clogged the toilet they came right up to fix it quickly and kindly. 😊
