  Delicious breakfast and a good variety to choose from. Nice large open rooms. Mine was very clean. The hot tub was a nice touch after a long busy day.

  I would NEVER recommend this place, not because of the environment, but the management. Here's my story,
  Booked the room weeks ago for kids on Spring Break. The clerk says ," room isn't ready, enjoy the pool and we will let you know when ready. Steven was very compassionate in the business of check in. Hours later after we see others check in, I was told " they were working on it, as they overbooked." Traveled all night, exhaustion and lies. Was the straw!!! I had 5 kids on Spring break with no place to go. THE MANAGER was the most rude person I ever met. Was a Bully to his own staff telling them NOT to Speak!!! YES, as you can imagine, the situation got escalated (there was another family in the lobby in the same situation). He says, "Nothing we can do". As a Customer service professional i was so put out. And YES, he called the police to arrest me.
  
  So we find one open room at another place down the road, still owned by same company. We loaded up to there, AND was lucky enough to have NO ELECTRICITY all night. I will post there as well.
  
  This is the first time I have EVER placed an online review. Just feel people need to be aware.

  Went back in December 2017 and was very impressed! The staff was very friendly and always greeted you. The room was very clean. The breakfast bar was great and enjoyed the pool. Hotel price is very reasonable.If i cone back to destin, I’ll stay here again and recommend to a friend!!

  Awesome service and amazing rooms. Hot tub water was warm and the employees were very professional and worked with us because our whole party wasn't under 21. This is how business should be done.

  I came to Destin on a whim. Never thought I would find such a great deal. Figured it was too good to be true. Awesome stay! Check-in personnel were very friendly and helpful for finding food I wanted. Room very clean, large, and quiet. Will stay here again. Love it!!!

  After driving through Fort Walton Beach and Destin in the middle of the night looking for a hotel that was nice and on budget after out original hotel turned out to be a nightmare (Baymont Inn and Suites). We landed here. Steven from the front desk not only took great care of us but gave us a great deal for our 2night stay. We are close to everything so we dont have to drive too far. Steven was amazing (I must say he deserves a raise 😉) and he made my husband and I feel very comfortable through our chats. The rooms are clean. Breakfast was yummy! And the rate was even better!

  Very nice staff, excellent location, clean room, hot shower, microwave/mini fridge, good breakfast, overall a nice hotel. Only thing I did not like was that you can easily hear someone talking in a normal voice down the hall or even right next to your room.

  The location is great for those needing near beach lodging, but not on beach lodging. The breakfast was hot and good with a variety of options. Showers are hot and have good pressure. Quantity of towels seems to be an issue as we were only given a few towels at a time, well below the amount usually received at hotels. The cleaning lady left our door open when we returned from eating. When the front desk was alerted, all they told us was that we should use the safe.

  Nice people, fun place and we had everything we needed. The bathroom needs more attention regarding cleanliness. The paint was peeling, rust on the fixtures and racks and there were (I kid you not) Boogers (yep, those little things that come from your nose) all over the walls and doors in the bathroom ... they were hard to miss and not sure how they haven't been scraped off the wall by the staff.

  Decent rooms and a reasonable price. The breakfast is alright and the pool is small but I would stay here again for the hotel's reasonable distance from the beach, harbor, and water park.

  So far so good. Was greeted by the front desk assistant Mary, who was awesome, and a Georgia fan, whoo! Go Dawgs! Room is nice and comfortable. Everyone is friendly, including guests and lawn care maintenance team. Will definitely recommend and come back!

  This was my first trip to Destin! A great birthday surprise trip! The check-in was fast and easy and the agent was knowledgeable about the area. I did not like the fact that the hotel guest let their kids run up and down the halls early in the morning and late at night. The breakfast was ok, but was gone long before the breakfast time ended...disappointing. There was one small pool and spa area which was full every time we came down to enjoy the amenities. I went to get an early morning work out and young kids were playing on the equipment. I reported to the front desk, but it did not help. I love kids, but feel they should be under supervision, not freely running about the facility.

  For a Wyndham property in a major tourist area, the hotel is pretty mediocre. Carpets are in dire need of cleaning, bathrooms are dated, fixtures and hardware in rooms and some common areas are in need of repair. The staff is PHENOMENAL.Our lock broke on our second day and they immediately tried to fix it. After 10 minutes, they gave us a different room. Housekeeping staff is incredibly friendly and kind. Front desk staff is knowledgeable and very responsive.

  This place is always comfortable. It feels like your home away from home. The beds are great. The price is cheap when it's NOT the summer rates. Definitely recommend!
