  I HAVE BEEN WORKING WITH THIS AUCTION FOR YEARS GREAT PEOPLE GOOD AND HONESTLY RUN AUCTION. FRONT OFFICE HELP IS GREAT. ANDY WILL TREAT YOU MORE THEN FAIR IF YOU GOT A ISSUE.

  BEWARE AND YOU DON"T GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. WE JUST HAD OUR CAR SERVICED SOMEWHERE ELSE AND SPENT $500 AND THE TECH SAID THIS A NICE CAR. TOOK OUR CAR IN FOR DETAILING THURSDAY AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD HAVE THE CAR DONE ON FRIDAY. I CALLED BACK ON TUESDAY AND HE TOLD US THE DID NOT START AND THEY HAD TO PUSH THE CAR IN I"AM THINKING(AND THEY DID NOT CALL). TOLD US THE PCM IS OUT AND IT NEEDED A PCM. HE WOULD FIND US A USED ONE. PCM JUST DON"T GO OUT WITHOUT ANY SIGNS. I AM GUESSING THEY TOOK IT OUT AND SWITCH IT OUT ON SOME OTHER CAR. TWO WEEKS LATER I CALLED BY THE WAY ITS FIXED AND THERE IS NO CHARGED. LIER'S, THAT'S ALL I CAN SAY. THE FIRST QUESTION IS DO YOU KNOW ANY SERVICE DEPT THAT DOES WORK FOR FREE? SO HAPPY THAT I GOT THE CAR OUT OF THERE, RUNNING. DON'T TRUST THEM NOR WOULD I EVER TAKE ONE BACK. BY THE WAY THE DETAIL WAS A JOKE. VERY POOR WORK ADVICE DON'T TAKE THE RISK I GOT LUCKY

  I was told my keys were going to be left in my car after I paid for the service. I would of picked it up before they closed , but never received a call it was even ready . I paid over 900 dollars couldn't locate where they said they were going leave my keys in the car. I paid in full the day they told me the services were done, which I had to call to even find out. Plus, my car was left unlocked on public access after I paid for services. Very unprofessional

  Marilyn was very helpful. Didn't know they charge a fee on top of bid price but still a good deal. Wide selection of vehicles.
