On our way to family's for thanksgiving our car starter making a funny noise the serice person came out within 2 min of arriving new exactly what it was and we were back on the road all in 5 min or less! Can't get much bether than that!

Performed standard service on a leased CRV. Professional and courteous service department. Always performed the service work at the scheduled appointment time. Recommend them for any Honda service work.

I bought a great car there, the staff was friendly but laid back and moved at their own pace. They close at 6:00 pm(unlike other dealerships in town that stay open until.8 or 9) which makes it tough for people who work until 5pm or 6pm.

This is the BEST dealership I've ever been in. Everyone is polite and professional. Kent was the best guy I've ever dealt with. I love the 2017 Accord Sport I bought, but it was Kent and the others that sealed the deal for me.

Wow! Terre Haute is so fortunate to have Thompson Honda. Scott Jaeger has a great business, a fine sales team and outstanding service. Our parents Jim and Phyllis Brown will celebrate their 63rd Wedding Anniversary in a new vehicle from Thompson Honda. Jim Brown said, "Managers Jason Soules and Greg Coleman runs this business with unmatched professionism and customer service. GM Bill Lutes insures this business is in finest form. Thompson's Sales Associates like Ryan Fortune are courteous, patient and full of good information." Really enjoy the professionalism, efficiency, and polish I've seen at Thompson Honda's service department. Had me in and out in great time and provided a thorough inspection. I'm surprised at some of the negative reviews and don't know where they are getting their information, these guys are among the best. We'll give them a few more times to see if they rate the 5 star level, but they have done a great job for me over the last few years.

During a major road trip we were still 400 miles from home when we had trouble with our Odyssey. Not only did they get us an appointment, but we were in and out in an hour and continuing on our way home! The repair was under warranty/recall that we were not aware of. The service department was wonderful😊
