The customer service of this dealer is very poor. Each time we have been in for a service or a warranty issue the experience has been one of the worst. I own a Automotive Performance Company that focuses on customer service, so this was very hard to see how the company handles customers. We had to set and wait for 2 1/2 hours for our service each time, we called ahead to ensure they had the time to scheduled the job and they confirmed and said it would only be 30 minutes. We had a leaking hatch strut and ask them to please order the strut to it could be installed at the same time, they said they would, however they didn't order it and said we would have to travel an hour back to have it installed another time. They would not offer us a ride or a car to go to lunch. We are happy with the new Highlander but very disappointed in the service department and the lack of customer service. I refrained from posting a negative comment until we had the same treatment three times.

When they try to make a sale there good at getting it sold till all the flaws are pointed out in a 2017 Toyota Camry 52k miles. Then want us to buy a 2014 Toyota Corolla with 9,500 miles? Yeah that sounds odd to me. Give me what i want, not what you wanna sale. All the paper work was done then to find out the next day after being told over n over there cleaning the 2017 up and getting new tires on it to be sold out from under us. So we took our search somewhere else. Keep getting calls from Toyota about new used cars arriving, to tell them we took our service else where to get hung up on? Yeah f&$% Toyota Terre Haute.

I can't say enough about the experience we had in purchasing our new Highlander! Jeff Sheets was the best! We changed our minds regarding the vehicle that we wanted a couple of times, but Jeff was able to locate just the right one for us. We were pleased from start to finish! We would certainly recommend Toyota of Terre Haute !

You couldn't ask for a better car buying experience than with Jeff Sheets at Toyota of Terre Haute. I appreciated Jeff's easy going, no pressure attitude while he offered his knowledge and passion for Toyota vehicles. I couldn't believe how smoothly and quickly the entire process went from test driving to getting the keys to my new car! I highly recommend Jeff and Toyota of Terre Haute!

My wife and I just made our second Toyota purchase via Sales Associate, Jeff Sheets. On both occasions Jeff was very professional yet made you feel like part of the family. We could not have had a more pleasant experience and look forward to working with Jeff in the future. Would also like to point out that the service department is also top notch and easy to work with. What a great experience buying a car! Tim Morse sold us a 2017 Camry and he had to search for the color we wanted and found it in Kentucky! Terra Haute Toyota has a fantastic group of people to work with. I'd go back and recommend going there to purchase a vehicle of any sort.

Bought a used Rav4 back in June and the deal was reasonable. However, the fees were not clearly explained that cost an extra $398.00. Not a bad place to shop but make sure you understand the "anti theft fee" and administrative fees.

I was a newly single mom who didn't know much about the world outside of my house. My credit was in the low 600 range. They told me I could only get one car on the lot which they charged $5000 extra for above what it was actually worth. They then told me only one bank would finance me which charged me 14% interest. I took the deal because I was desperate for a car and didn't understand it all. Since then, I've had my oil changed there multiple times. Each time they would call me and say there was something wrong with the car. On more than one occasion, they said a headlight was out or my plate light was out. Headlights don't burn out quick enough to need to be changed at every oil change and my plate light was found to be unplugged. I have since learned my lesson, but I will never do any kind of business with Toyota againwhich is sad because my ex and I have always bought Toyota vehicles.

They won't deal, I have excellent credit and they wouldn't not lower my interest rate to make a deal. They must be getting kick backs from Huntington Bank or something but I will never buy a car here. On top of not wanting to sell cars they are also very rude, they make you feel like they don't have time for you. Go somewhere else to buy a Toyota! You'll definitely get a better deal somewhere else!
