Got a 2004 pacifica awd, was told I had warranty. Within the first year of renting the car broke down about 9 times. I had to pay out of pocket as they started stating we didn't have warranty and wouldn't help. Last time it broke down was this morning at 530am, wife had to walk to work in the freezing cold. They are smooth talkers but dont do anything to help.

THANK YOU for being honest with my elderly mother when see took her car in to see you!!! She raved over Bonnie and David both who helped her understand what was going on with her car she got her car fixed at a better price than what she was quoted somewhere else!!!

Got the vehicle we wanted for the price we wanted, but not without continuing headaches, dishonesty, lies and incompetence.
If the don't know something, they will make it up. Have a problem, each person you talk to on the phone will say something different. Confront them face to face, and they will lie. Get the wrong paperwork in the mail , it's the states fault.

The staff at Terre Haute Chevrolet always seem to go out of the way to insure that my experience there is a good one! On my last service appointment, Bonnie made sure to tell me what was happening for the current service and also, a heads up as to what to expect at my next visit (50,000 mile service) She took the time to show me what will be done and the associated costs to complete those items. Extremely helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. Always a pleasant experience whenever I stop by!

The choice to deal with Terre Haute Chevy was a smart one. A very attentive and friendly staff as well as a large selection of vehicles. I was very pleased with my final price and the service that got me there. Anyone serious about a new vehicle should definitely give Terre Haute Chevrolet a chance to win their business !

The advertised internet price of the vehicle was right. Their cookies taste good.

Terre Haute Chevrolet provided the "BEST" service that my husband and I have ever had at a dealership. Everyone was very helpful and interested in our needs of a new car. We were treated respectfully by all and given quality attention by many. Many thanks to Jack Patterson and Wesley Hughes for providing my husband and I a great experience.

Great service. It's a shame I had to leave my local dealership to get decent service to buy a new Tahoe. Would have much rather bought local. Oh well, their loss is THC's gain.

I bought a truck here 8 days ago. When we test drove it, with the dealer, there was a loud squeal coming from under the hood. The dealer assured us that if we purchased the truck, the problem would be addressed. It was not looked at or fixed, so we took it back in. They said they were not to address it, that the customer has to pay, even though we were told the opposite.
On top of this, they talked us into buying a $3000 warranty. Well in the 8 days of owning it, the alternator is still screaming, the fuel pump is broken (registering level), and the climate control is messed up. All of these things are covered under the warranty, which is good, so we contacted them and took it in AGAIN. Upon arrival they tell us that they can't do any of the $3000 warranty work until 30 days after you buy the vehicle. So they lied about fixing one of the issues before possession, then can fix NOTHING under warranty in the first 30 days.
Aside from not getting covered immediately after spending an extra $3000 and being lied to, it's a great place. Everyone was very nice and very helpful! Just make sure that you get all of the FACTS rather than believing lies or then neglecting to tell you that they don't honor their warranty in the first month so hope nothing goes wrong for a while after you spend the cash.
I still recommend them, for sure, just get everything in writing and ask for any details they may have neglected to inform you of.

Over the past 15 years, we have owned 4 Ford vehicles. I loved all of my Ford vehicles. Unfortunately, there is no longer a Terre Haute Ford dealership that I wish to continue business. Bob Bowen is awesome, but they are not close enough if you have a vehicle under warranty. We stepped out of our comfort zone and met with Jack and Ken at Terre Haute Chevy. I was impressed with them and the dealership because they treat customers the way I remember dealerships treating my parents and grandparents. You know, back in the day when customer service mattered! We have found our new dealership and are owners of a 2017 Chevy Traverse.
