I hate to say it but this vacation stay was spoiled by a mattress. The main bedroom's mattress was hard as a rock and I awoke each morning in pain. Also the pillows provided no support which led to a stiff aching neck each day. In addition to that the main bedroom and bathroom were quite cramped and the WIFI was often unavailable. Finally, the refrigerator made so much noise it kept my wife awake at night.

Now for the positive, the resort is in a convenient location, the Coachella Valley is quite scenic and the timeshare is in a gated resort community with a 27 hole golf course.

The living room, dining room and kitchen were comfortable, convenient and well equipped. We didn't use the pools or the laundry facilities.

One last complaint is the office closes at 7pm would be a problem if your flight is late or you are caught in Southern California traffic.

This place has the potential to be a really good vacation stay with a few simple upgrades.

The condo unit we stayed in was very nice (unit F4) and was a short walking distance to the pool & BBQ area. I have been to the resort the past three consecutive years. The resort is very quiet and their isn't many activities available. The pool/BBQ area is very standard but it is always well kept. Overall a very nice place if you're looking for a quiet, mellow vacation.

This is a nice get away from the hustle and bustle of life from the big city. You need reservations and its a gated community with an 18 hole golf course on it.

Great place to go to if you're going for the Coachella music festival. Its a really big place and you could easily get lost. So keep the map they give you when you check in.

Great check in staff and rooms pretty clean. Only problems were sticky arm chairs and stained carpets. Great A/C in rooms and pretty quite and security drives around.

Stayed for 6 days here(August 6-12) and loved it. We were the only ones that were in the group of condos around us (which is why I'm giving 5 stars) don't know what it would have been like if they are all full. Units were very clean, and the pool (which was only usable early morning to after the sun went down, too hot any other time) was in our backyard.

Me and my family stayed there for a week and we enjoyed our stay. The location was GREAT with lots of local places to shop and dine at. The rooms where nice and big, and the services provided where more than we could ask for. We will be booking there again.

The Country Club is beautiful. Perfect service close to major attractions yet far enough away to be secluded. Will definitely stay there again. Just choose your season correctly. If you love heat, really hot, this is the place to be.

Worked an event for golfers. Most were tipsy so it was pretty chill. Clubhouse is pretty nice.

Reception was professional, service was quick, and the environment was elegant. Overall I really enjoyed my visit and was satisfied with the food and service that was provided at the location. Staff made me feel welcomed and were very eager to help with anything that came to mind.

Good place. Only complaint is we came in at 2am and had cold water showers. Rooms comfy enough for overnight stay. Didn't check out the pools

This place was so much better than I expected it to be!!! It was a lovely suite! They even had security at the gate and they were able to check us in right there at the gate, late at night, without even getting out of the vehicle! I will definitely be going back there!
