A very hip place. The colors make the Saguaro different from other hotels. Went there for a wedding reception and the whole place was terrific. The suite was really clean and comfortable.

Great retro vibe to the place. The pool was full of friendly people. One person in the group was being harassed by some solicitors, but otherwise a good time. If you plan on being in the pool a lot, a poolside room is key.

Lollipop colors highlight this reborn motor inn. Bold orange, lemon, lime and purples are in every detail from sinks to sun umbrellas. An updated Mexican food and tequila bar anchor the food and beverage options. A nearby shopping center offers pub grub, Italian, Vietnamese and a grocery store. Free Buzz shuttle stop outside front gets you downtown Thu-Sun. Giant TVs and comfy king beds in smallish, but efficient rooms with balconies.

love this hotel..very clean comfortable beds..great friendly staff. dog friendly. love the atmosphere and setting next to the mountain. this is our 2nd time staying here. cant wait to come back.

I booked a room for 2 nights on a wedding block rate of $110/night plus a $25 resort fee, somehow at check in, the total rang up at over $350. After asking the staff how it could possibly be that high, they quickly ran through a confusing system of fees and extra on site charges. The bottom-end "well" drinks cost on average $13+ with beers being around $9. The ceiling in my room creaked when the guests upstairs walked around which limited my ability to sleep. The handle of the shower broke off and I had to reconfigure a way to use the shower properly. Overall the amenities were massively overpriced, and although the energy in the hotel is great, I don't feel that I got the proper utility from the amount of money that I spent.

A fun and vibrant place! It's conveniently located near down town and has great amenities like cruisers, centrally located out door pool, and a gym. I definitely recommend this fun space!

I was at the hotel for a wedding. It is very nice and clean hotel with accommodating staff members. Their bar has a nice selection of alcohol and bartenders are willing to work with you in finding a drink you like. Great location for an event.

Decent hotel for the price. Super funky and I like how the rooms are centered around the pool and other group hang out areas. Too bad that it was 50 degrees Celsius when we were there and so didn't actually use it. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. Originally they were doing renovations to the building our room was in and couldn't access the lift to reach our top floor room. When we mentioned this they moved us to a nicer room and helped shift all our luggage across.

It's loud in the day time, this is expected as it's billed as a party hotel. Everything calms down at night though and easy to get peaceful rest. The hot water in the shower wasn't working when we came though so that was a major bummer, but to attempt to make it up to us the hotel credited us money to use for free breakfast.the rooms are clean, but no closets, only some hooks on the wall. Everyone is pretty much here for the pool party.

The Saguaro has large rooms with some very "interesting" decor. The service was definitely to par, but nothing really special. The only reason you want to be here is if you're trying to party. That's where the Saguaro shines. Not at all family friendly.

Horrible experience! I don't know why this even has 4 stars! The Trump Hotel in Vegas has four stars and it deserves five. I don't know why anyone would give this hotel four stars at all. Horrible customer service, the rooms are horrible and ugly, everything is dated and Old, Furniture is dated and old; looks like it came from a thrift store. My air conditioner didn't work the whole time we were there, my room didn't have any washcloths, lotion, soap, conditioner. Every time I called customer service they kept forgetting about me, Then finally sends everything up the next morning. The only nice part about the hotel is the lobby, the bar, and the restaurant.

The rooms are nice and clean with modern furniture. I really enjoy the beds. The staff is really helpful and productive. This morning i had breakfast and the food was hot and well made. The waiters were friendly and hardworking. I really like how everything looks well kept and up to date in its style.

A dirty rag was left in the room. The building is literally a 1970s building with original furniture painted in gaudy colors (purple, pine, orange). It's a Super 8/Motel 6 with a fancy lobby and fresh paint. Along with brightly colored furniture the bathrooms and painted solid bright colors (mine was pure bright orangeno accent colors), and carpet is all purple. Bathroom vanity, the table with no chair and empty clipboard, TV stand and bed frames appear to all be original 1970s-era furniture that was just painted over to turn the place over as cheaply as possible. It's an assault on the senses when you wake up to pee in the middle of the night and the motion sensing light (the one modern touch) int he bathroom automatically blasts you with maximum lighting on an all-orange bathroom. Lots of younger college aged people partying it seems. If you are looking for a party might be a fine place - if you just want a nice 4-star hotel experience look elsewhere. You will find nicer rooms and more helpful staff at a 2 or even 3 star chain facility.
