There sales tactics suck the salesman said my rv was worth $40,000 and they would give me $50,000. I get there and they nickel and dime me on repairs on my trade and tell me I need to pay them $5,000 for repairs I do. Then the title department back home calls me I needed to pay more taxes then what was already paid and that the trade in was $45,000. I called the dealer back they said my trade in was worth $45,000 and that the $5,000 I paid was to get it back to $50,000. I told them that the salesman told me the $5,000 was for repairs she said noir wasn’t. I called back to talk to salesman had to leave message and never heard back also the pictures online aren’t the pictures of the new one. They were suppose to order parts for repairs on new one and never did. I bought new 10/17/17 and now it’s 12/26/17
Nice sales person wasn't pushy and answer all our questions
Chris is new here, but he is a great asset! He was very informative and attentive. We have not purchased our 2nd RV yet, but Chris is smart enough to know that we will be buying soon and we will have to buy from someone - so it may as well be him :)
Awesome place for Tv's see Jon
Unfortunately there is not a zero in the rating system. We called about a unit in early June, never spoke with the salesman; only to receive an email with a ridiculous trade offer and prompt dismissal from the sales person, Jon VanLoenen; whom I never spoke with.
That being said, just saw the unit relisted, and called and spoke with the general manager on Saturday, Ray Douglas, who promised me I would receive a return phone call the following Monday from the sales manager ken. Ken never did return the call, after leaving voicemails for both Ray and Ken, finally received a phone call from the assistant sales manager Justin on Tuesday late evening. Again, falling way out of line with trade allowances and a very curt attitude towards negotiations. Justin's response "I'm only the messenger".
Stay away from this dealer, I have a good feeling they are very dishonest and deceitful. We are very serious buyers, and wanted to give our business to the local dealership upon our return to Florida, rather than going out of state or to one of the national chains. We have been in the RV business & RV'ing for over 30 years, and have never never been treated in this manner by any dealership including Camping World. If that doesn't say it all, I don't know what does!
My installation should only take 2 days yet the service department says they want to keep it until Monday. I scheduled this installation 26 June, left Motor coach 16 Aug for the installation @ which time they ask me to leave it through Monday 21st. This installation should be completed 18 Aug. Something is not right. Also, I am a full timer in my right. Totally dissatisfied w/lack or communication & professionallism.
This is our fourth purchase of an RV (1 TT and 3 MH) and this was, by far, the best buying experience. Everyone was so very helpful and accommodating, from Justin our sales person, to Jodi with the purchasing paperwork, the pictures provided by Morgan, to Justin with our walk through. By the way, the most comprehensive walk-throughthis guy knows his stuff! In fact, everyone provided us with their contact information and encouraged us to call them with questions..they didn't want us to stress over trying to figure things out on our new coach! This has NEVER happenedtypically, just the sales person. We highly recommend.
Prompt professional services every time we go there
Great experience so far! Justin Mishler was our sales rep and he was on top of it from the start and made the entire process so easy and actually fun too. We called on a Dutch Star, made application over the phone and were approved within the hour.easy close and no surprises. The entire staff was great to work with and we appreciate our mechanic Donny who was very thorough and obvious a top notch professional. I wouldn't hesitate referring them to anyone and we'll buy our next Newmar through them too.
Update on 6/12/17 - GREAT Service Dept too! Just had a great encounter with Paul in service who under promised and over-performed and Chris and Zach in parts allow you to take pics of any issue you may need parts for and send to their personal cells - they get back the same day and handle everything quickly and professionally - So helpful - thank you!

Called two days in a row to check on the availability of a motorhome, stock #9164 that was listed on RV Trader and on your website. Talked to 2 different salesmen and both said they would call me back. Never received a call or voice message from either one. Very poor service. Now I see there is a sale pending. Last saleman said he would check with the business manager and promised to call me back. I guess their sales must be good if they don't need my business
I want to thanks the Team of independence RV for their professionalism and customer care I will definitely recommend them .
Couldn't have asked for a better experience, these are people who care. Great follow through from all departments.
