I'm so glad I chose this property, it was definitely beyond my expectations in term of value and customer service. The location is a very nice area, unlike International Drive that can be iffy. All the hotels on this boulevard look nice, including this one, and it's very quite. The check in was a breeze, and Karen at the front desk was probably the friendliest, most efficient Front Desk Agent we've ever encountered; we saw her several times throughout our stay, and she was always smiling, greeting us warmly, and helping us out, even holding the elevator button for me one morning, wen I was carrying too many cups of coffee to my room. The room is huge! I got room 207, which was a corner room with a view of the parking lot, so I could see my car. It included 2 Queen beds, a Full sized Sofa bed (which I thought was even more comfortable than the regular beds), 2 large closet spaces with plenty of storage areas and big plastic hangers, an iron and board, a flat screen TV with a few cable channels, extra bed linens, blanket, and pillow, a bathroom with tub/shower, a nice sized table with 2 comfy chairs for eating or working, and a mini kitchen. The mini kitchen has a full-sized fridge/freezer, plenty of cabinets, a sink, an oven top with two coil burners and smoke extractor hood, a microwave, and a dishwasher!!! that was my favorite feature. As for cutlery, pots and pans, and coffee maker and toaster, I know they have at the front desk, but I'm not sure if it's free of charge, so ask beforehand. Also, bring toiletries and hair dryer if you need it. Housekeeping is only provided if you stay for longer than 4 days or so, but there's a trash room by the elevators, and you may get extra towels or bed sheets if needed. This place is excellent if you're staying here for long periods of time, or are in a budget and need to cook some of your meals, because Orlando amusement park food is very very expensive, so families need to take note. There's a Walmart with groceries open 24/7 very near, in case you need anything. The room was truly spotless, I even spoke to the hear of Housekeeping, Altanya, who was also so friendly and polite, the customer service here is truly remarkable. Other people that made our stay great were Fabien, and the General Manager Patricia, who is doing an excellent job of keeping this place excellent.My family and me travel all the time, so we know hotels, and this place value for the money is excellent. I would definitely come back.

location was very convenient with abundant dining options. Hotel itself is very basic but covers what you need. Unfortunately the room in which I stayed had a very musky/damp smell which we could not get rid of. Free Wi-Fi is nice to have but is too slow to do any media consumption. Has a gym as well but is actually limited to only 3 machines: a treadmill, elliptical, and stationary bike. The hotel checks all the boxes one looks for in a hotel but does none of them particularly well. It is relatively inexpensive, which is great for those on a tight budget

Their policy states you have to stay in a room for 8 days in order to clean it or change the sheets, and your room will smel exactly that way. If you like a musty senior citizen home type smell this is the place for you. Or you could just pay their fee and have it cleaned for $10 a day.
Also you will have to exchange out your towels, retrieve toilet paper, and basically do everything yourself.
Breakfast? I’m pretty sure the homeless people outside have better food to select from. You have 2 cereals, old bagels, pecan wheels, and a lego waffle pulled right out he box for you to heat up.
Just pay the few extra bucks and stay at what a hotel should be, a worry free clean place to vacation. Not a place where if you want anything done you have to pay for it.response / report this review -

This is a very odd extended stay. I don't know if it is due to its touristy location or what. The rooms don't come with the kitchen items. You have to go to the front desk and request kitchen items for the number of people in your room. So think 2 people, then you only get 2 plates.
No business center, which makes trying but to get any work done extremely difficult as you have to email files to the front desk. Scanning documents through them is a whole different hassle if you can get scanning at all.
The laundry is in a separate building, so you have to go through multiple doors and swipe your key card to get in while carrying your laundry around. Then half the key readers for building entry are a hassle to use as they barely read the keys. I usually swipe my card at least 10 times before getting a response from the lock. At least the door entry locks work fine.
The rooms themselves are alright. Basic kitchen, bathroom, bed, tv, etc. The furniture isn't really useful for someone staying long term as there are no real dressers, just a couple little stands with 2 drawers. It's nice having 2 closets though.
Pretty standard cold continental breakfast: bread, bagels, cereals, some prepackaged cinnamon rolls, and yogurt. I hear they have waffles on weekends.
All in all, it's a decent hotel but a disappointing Extended Stay.response / report this review -

The room is very nice and clean, although a little bit dated. I don't care about that, though. The beds are comfortable, and the full kitchen is really handy for a longish stay. After about 3 days of eating out, i start craving my own cooking. It's nice to make a pot of chili and store it in the fridge for the next few days. The fridge is full size, so you can have a some ice cream at night, after a long day at the parks. Frankly, i dont know why people don't always stay in a place like this, since it costs the same as a cramped hotel room.

First and last time staying at Extended Stay worst experience ever. When you walk in the lobby a bad odor smelled like wet dogs and dirty socks. When I got to my room I pulled down the sheets and hair was on both beds and on the towels. The breakfast station was not clean and the breakfast is horrible. The hot tub don't get hot. I went to the front desk to switch up my towels I had to wait over 30 minutes because both of the office stuff decided to leave the front desk unattended, when they came from up stair no apology for having me and other people who was waiting to check waiting, I ask them why would they leave the front desk unattended and they just ignored me. Then when I checked out the clerk never asked how was your stay. Never ever again

This hotel was here for Floridians during Irma. They waived early check ins, and pet fees so as many of us as possible could find shelter. My gf, animals, and I were all safe from the storm thanks to them.
The rooms were spacious, and clean, with two stove tops and a microwave. They provide cooking supplies at the front desk, and we were able to prepare meals and eat well during our stay.
The fact that they waived basic fees every hotel implores to keep Floridians safe, should not be overlooked. It was very kind, and the staff all deserves commendation as they provided an essential service to many scared, and anxious residents of the state.

We stayed in a two bed, non-smoking room. First thing, the room still smelled. It was mild but noticable. The room was nice though and seems it was updated not too long ago. We had a cool view of the Orlando Eye which my kids thought was cool. The breakfast was nothing to get too excited about, bagels, Eggos, cereal pretty much it, but better than nothing. If you find a good price it's worth it.

Stayed here for 2 weeks while closing on my home when I moved to the Orlando area. Every single interaction I had with a staff member was pleasant, helpful, and put a smile on my face. The room was very clean and well maintained, I'd happily stay here again!

It is in a great location with so much to do in walking distance. The rooms are very clean as well as the pool. The staff are very helpful. Every time I needed something they were there to help.

Good price, the rooms are really big and comfortable, kitchen sink and appliances included. There's more space and drawers that anyone could ever use during a two weeks stay. It's more fit for a home. I honestly feel like I could live in that apartment. The staff was super friendly. No hyperboles here — great mood and upbeat.
