Beautiful building with lovely interiors and a welcome message on the board that this building is the shared possession of students, faculty and guests. A great spot to gather at U. of Illinois Urbana Champaign.

Great place to meet new faces, relax, play games, satiate hunger, plan events, have meetings, printing, study, ball dance, book room for guests to stay or just sit and enjoy on the comfy couch.

This place has everything to suit your needs.

This place has a food court if you need something to eat in-between classes. There is also a Starbucks and Jamba Juice if you're looking for quick refreshments.

The Quad Store is very nice to get some miscellaneous essential items, and the Tech Zone provides electronics and accessories.

If you need to relax and still have classes, or you want to study and catch up a bit, the places is a good place to do so with its lounges and study rooms.

If you're bored and have nothing planned, get down to the arcade and bowling alley. It's quite cheap for students!

Nice study and rec area in the center of the Union. The alumni portraits on the wall lend a quaint atmosphere to the Illini Union.

Outdoor seating is nice while facing the quad. Good food and late night outs. Pool tables and bowling are good and affordable. Lots of other games. I would recommend to check website for other events orgazied here.

The common areas are decent and have an old-school feel, but get to the smaller, private rooms and they are falling apart. Wallpaper is peeling, drop ceilings are showing significant water damage. Kind of embarrassing really.

Standard student Union. Good amount of dining options, but all fast food.

This place has couple of franchise restaurants and the environment is really good. I like the recreation room with lots of pool tables, bowling and video games. You can also study or hang out for a coffee in the other floors.

Cozy place with several couches for chilling. Has plenty of decent food and beverage options. Alcohol not allowed. Wifi can be hit or miss at times; cellular network strength may be poor, depending on your provider.

Union ! Great amenities inside. Plenty of food options in basement. Like the open pad where you can watch TV, skits, entertainment. Go to place at university for most of your needs. Also, computer center in the basement where you can study in case you're not in mood of going to library.
