Great food and great service. If you're really hungry, you can win a free $50 gift card by eating a 3.5-pound burger in under 45 minutes. The bread pudding is also pretty good. There is a bar, but the place is still pretty family-friendly. Would recommend.

The motherlode is a great burger, good food and drink prices. The chips with merkts cheese are phenomenal - and this place has a cool western vibe with tons of decor.

Not sure why it has just 3 stars. I came here with a group of work people, and we had the burgers. we told the waiter we had to be in and out in an hour and he was really obliging. I asked for the motherlode burger with merkt's cheese and it was truly amazing. Juiciest thing ever, great flavors. I had the sweet potato fries as well, they come out really well. Lots of space too, a great salad bar and very easy on the wallet. It's my go-to when Im in northbrook again. There weren't a lot of people there around lunchtime when I went, so you can definitely get priority. Waiter was good, didnt hover too much and made sure we were happy.

Burgers were terrible. This place was very dark, dirty, and really looked like an old saloon. Very terrible service. Slow on Saturday night and not worth the price.

Ordered here for the first time today I'm a vegetarian and like to have options. This place is awesome! I can put anything on my veggie burger and choose the bun! I recommend the pretzel bun. Will order lunch here again!

This was the most disgusting place I have ever been to. I would have put 0 stars if I could but the nachos were amazing so it deserved 1 star. The service was average. The food was absolutely atrocious. I got a burrito and it had an Asian taste to it. you cannot mix Asian and Mexican together. just imagine that, the burrito was so thin it was impossible to eat. My boyfriend ordered a steak sandwich it looked good if the meat was cooked. Also, it was bloody expensive. I will definitely not be coming back.
