You go there. You see a movie. You have a good time if the movie is good. It is what a theater should be, with a recent remodeling making it look fresh.

Friendly staff, amazing concessions. There's no IMAX here but the Dolby theater is pretty nice. Plus, they do have the Macguffins here. This is a great theater

This theater was better as carmike, its a shame AMC bought it out or I would have rated it 5 stars. Now the cost of snacks and drinks skyrocketed, and isn't amazing in quality. The overall facility and staff are amazing.

I’m so sad about this review. We have been going to this location for years. When it was the Carmike it was amazing. Since it has become an AMC theater it is messy, less organized and the food (the popcorn in particular) tastes like it’s been left out too long. We went to the Carmike almost weekly for 3 years for our date nights and even bought the annual bucket every year. We given it a few chances since the change in ownership, but it’s just terrible. We now drive to Savoy to enjoy the theater. 😢

Would give zero stars if I could. Ordered the omelette which was supposed to come with chorizo and hash browns, and it came with neither. The manager was nice and comped us. The waiter was rude though and expected me to just deal with it.

A great movie theater But Way too expensive! Our visit was very near $100 just to watch a movie, If your A family with kids you'll be prepared to dish out plenty of cash 😟 What happened to the good old days? Now a days one trip to the movies cost more then a monthly insurance payment. The prices are way too high. Staff is great & place is pretty clean. But won't go back any time soon unless prices change or I hit the lottery.

Movie theatre is great. But since AMC bought it, concession prices went up about 40-60%, and their rewards program is not as good. The other theatre in town is now much cheaper if you buy concessions with your movie

Bad the times on the web. Was over hour off kids was super excited so we decided to stay and wait by time we got popcorn see you snacks and some drinks an hour went by we did we're standing outside the movie theater Door and they opened it usually previews are like 20 minutes long we thought wow it's been an hour plus the previews were going to be here almost 5 hours we started to walk in and one of the employees told us no you cannot enter we said well we've been waiting over an hour and a half and the show was supposed to start 30 minutes ago he said no the show is just now starting we're not done cleaning I said Well the lady said we could come in and he's like oh I didn't know and let us pass so I decided to report his rudeness to the manager and he was so mean that he tried this physically start a fight with us for reporting his employee I got no problem kicking this guy's ass but my kids were really excited to see this show so I let it slide on our way out we decided to get his name to report him to the district manager or someone higher up than him I decided to send my son over there too try to stay out of any more confrontations that we might get into and he covered his name tag and then pulled his name tag off and stuck at my son's face and said here's my name read it I went over there and told him he ever act that way to my son again I'll break his freaking face he said do I have to call the cops I said call and we'll wait right here then he started acting different and trying to offer a free movie to this because he knew he messed up the Carmike 13 the staff they were way nicer one time we drove over an hour because the times are messed up on the internet and they gave us free movie tickets for the next time we came not saying that's what this guy had to do but he could have had some respect and treat us like customers instead of criminals

I will still go to Carmike to see movies, but i won't be purchasing snacks from them ever again. I was floored when they charged me just under $7 for a small popcorn and $4 for a small soda. What's worse is that they no longer give you free refills which made the insanely high prices almost forgivable. Crooks!!

We went to see The Circle today good movie. I was disappointed not with the movie but with the cleanliness of the theater itself! It was the dirtiest I have ever seen it! And the movie started at noon..wasn't even a full day. I was discussed

We paid $9.75 per ticket, which was supposedly a bargain, but seems kind of outrageous to pay that for a 3 year old. Between basic food (popcorn & drink) plus tickets, it cost us $60 to see a less than 2 hour movie. We wouldn't have minded so much if the floors hadn't been a sticky mess. Made noise with every step we took. The popcorn also tasted funny, not that typical movie theater taste. We will be visiting the other theater in town from now on.

Man oh man. So this review is a long time coming. Wanted to see The Cure for Wellness awhile back, looked on their website for times and arrived at the theatre to buy tickets. When I got to the front of the line the cashier told me that the only showing was an hour and a half later. Went home disappointed. Tried again two days later, bought tickets, went in the theatre, and after 20 minutes of trailers, they began showing the WRONG MOVIE. I and several other people informed staff and had it corrected. But don't worry, I got to sit through another 15 minutes of trailers and Coke ads. Then just tonight my wife and I went to see an R rated movie and there were several small children with no adults disrupting the movie. Not sure how kids clearly underage were able to buy tickets for R rated movies is beyond me. Get it together Carmike 13, you're better than this.
