Wonderful store with a wide variety of beautiful merchandise to choose from. Only the store is so huge it's somewhat hard to navigate. There are arrows on the floor to direct you; but to just find the exit without touring the whole store is incredibly hard. Lastly, you absolutely have to visit their cafeteria. Tasty food at a decent price. Defiantly worth the visit!

The location to the store can be quite a bit off the beaten trail. Although there is a Toys "R" Us in Big Lots in the same location.
this store seems bigger than the other IKEA in Paramus but we didn't spend enough time here to really decide if it was. Looking down at the warehouse from the top floor is amazing then how high those stacks are though! That is located over by the restaurant.
By the way if you have a chance to eat in the restaurant when the sun is going down it's an amazing view you can see the sun setting and the planes taking off at the same time.
The store is very nice and it doesn't seem too crowded to explore. The one person we ass for help was very pleasant and very helpful showing us exactly what we needed.
There is a pick up area on the side of the building closest to the turnpike so if you're going to pick up some furniture that is where you park.
Don't forget there are always deals going on with the restaurant if you're a club member so make sure you sign up for a free membership!

Shopping at IKEA Elizabeth is casual and easy. Attendants are knowledgeable and useful. Even though I had a bad experience with the delivery and had to go back to the store a week after expecting delivery, I'll still shop there. Just pray that you never have to call customer care. The waiting time from my experience was way too long.

Ikea is quite possibly one of the greatest stores on the planet, and this one is no exception. It follows the same layout as all Ikeas and has such a great variety of home furniture. The staff are always extremely friendly. Their 365 day return policy is second to none. But their food, what can I say, it's absolutely fantastic. Like date night fantastic. Even if you don't find what you're looking for, your trip will never be for nought. My one complaint would be that their lines take a while, especially on a weekend. Expect about a 20-30 minute wait in line for their marketplace. The furniture checkout is a lot faster.

This place makes me nauseous, frustrated, hot. Gives me a headache. It's like a maze. You get dizzy from trying to look at everything and find your way.

Good luck if you have a bathroom emergency. You can't find a way to get to it.

There are signs for emergency exits everywhere but not a way to easily find the regular exit.

Unorganized. Can't find what you're looking for.

It took 20 minutes to get someone to help with the carts in the lower level. They were stuck in the machine.

I watched 5 employees at by the register talking Not opening up another register (there were huge lines with 15-20 minute wait minimum), not helping with people that obviously needed assistance (like the long line of people waiting for those stuck carts!).

They need a redesign. I love the products but I absolutely hate the store.

Can't even buy online because of ridiculous shipping costs.

The place is location away from the City with lots of parking spaces available even for a crowded weekend trip. The store is easy to navigate even for first time visitors with nicely guided markers (with a you are here tag) at every step of the way. The self service checkout place is huge and a nice cafeteria for those quick bite after a long walk through the furniture section.

Great home furnishings storecan get everything for your home under one roof at a good price. Best to go during the week, or as soon as they open at 10am. Weekends are typically crowded. Kid friendly store.

Great store with amazing set ups. They make sure you go to through the entire store too you reach the market place. It's great nevertheless gives you excellent ideas of home decor n set up.

A huge selection of housewares at very reasonable prices. They have the absolute BEST selection of area rugs. I always come here for the most unique rugs and other cool house stuff. Today we tried the cafeteria. What a pleasant surprise! Baked salmon and veggie meatball platters were excellent! Two complete meals with beverages for $14. Well worth it.

I love, Love, LOVE Ikea!!! The selection of furniture and decorations is phenomenal. The displays they set up are amazing and give you fantastic ideas for home decorating. The best part is almost all of what's in the display can be bought right in the store! They even tell you the paint and tile information. If you don't mind building the furniture yourself, you can't beat the deals. Hungry? Make sure you stop at the cafe for a meal. The value and quality is great. The lines can be a little long at peak times for meals but overall, very good.

Great furniture at a great price as long as you don't mind assembly. The only issue is if you move around alot the furniture doesn't travel too well. After 3 or 4 moves it gets flimsy. Always pick up a six of cinnamon buns on the way out the door. Don't forget to apply for the family member card, at the very least its good for a free cup of coffee at the restaurant while you watch the planes take off and land!

LOVE. Some things are definitely over priced but for the most part, you get your bank for your buck. Great customer service and lines are not too bad. Key tip: if you planning on buying something be sure to park your car in the pick up area because carts don't roll past the back entrance.

Great low cost selections. Only problems are how to bring it home and assemble it quick. Otherwise it is unbeatable deal. Visited March 2017, the cashier was more polite with a good attitude. It is a big improvement. The store is under renovation in certain parts in lower level. Overall a good visit.

Easy to find everything you need or want. Relaxed atmosphere, good selection and plenty of staff to help find things if needed. Good on-site food options, veg, low cal, etc. All told, makes me not dread shopping! Even the price/quality is good.
