This hotel is a great value in NYC. This is much, much, much better than hotels of the same rate in Manhattan. The coffee maker in the room was hard to use and complicated. Better instructions are needed for it. I also thought the front desk staff was unfriendly but they weren't mean. The staff at breakfast were very kind and welcoming. This hotel is clean, quiet and in a safe neighborhood. There's free wifi and breakfast. The subway station isn't far either. This is a great choice when traveling to NYC. I'll likely stay here again.

Clean budget hotel. Rooms are small but have all the amenities needed for your stay. Free continental breakfast was good and hotel is convenient to public transportation. There is NO PARKING really available for customers so public transportation and/or taxis are a better choice. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to NYC.

More like a 2.5 star. Free breakfast that includes terrible coffee and no fruit. BAD wifi, bad location, and no gym. The rooms are cleaned daily which is nice and include a mini-fridge. Check in process is difficult if not booked on your credit card.

My company paid for this 2 separate times, a week each time and both times they made a fuss about me not having the credit card associated with the booking. Clearly the company isn't giving me that specific corporate card, but everything is in my name, it shouldn't be an issue. Not sure why this is such an issue but it's the last thing you want to deal with once you get to this far away location.

I would not pay for this hotel myself and I would not recommend to most friends. Everyone has different needs but this place doesn't do it for me.

For the price, it was everything I could want. The location was perfect for me, and as a single female, was not concerned about walking alone at night (I mean, any more than anyone should who is observing normal awareness and safety precautions).

The place is new, so the room, and the entire building, smelled and looked very clean. The breakfast buffet had no fruit, but bagels, waffles, cereal, juice, milk, coffee and it's free daily. The staff, both day and night, was very courteous and helpful.
