Decent room with really friendly front desk staff. I was delighted and surprised when breakfast one day included vegetarian sausage, but unfortunately they don't have great vegetarian options every morning.

The location was great we were there for around 5hrs we check in at 5:24am check out 10:46 am same day. Room was clean good space was able to find parking. So i was giving a reciept for 2 nights stating $257, they said i would not be charged that it was just made automatic. Then when i get back home from the holidays i noticed to find out they had charged $284. Then called and complian was not given any type of information and they would solve it.

I have book the hotel for 4 nights. Love the hospitality. Standard Breakfast. Got room service for all 5 days. Room is not very big and price is little high. Due to NY Traffic it takes good time to reach to Manhattan

This was a big mistake for a first time experience of NYC. No room service through out our stay. No basic equipment like a refrigerator in the room. When we arrived no one helped with our luggage. We had to drag them ourselves with three kids. The staff at the reception were a little hostile, maybe they were sleepy cos we arrived at night. Breakfast had nothing interesting. And the so called view is that of a factory that blocks the actual view off. Price was inflated for the service we got. Over 300 dollar per night. Disappointing and a total miss.

Considering that it is a 3 star hotel it meets our expectations. It was clean an comfy. What is a plus for me is the fact that they shuttle you to the closest railway station every have an hour. This way you have easy access to the city. Also they offer a little office with two computers and a printer that you can use to do your business or simply print your flight tickets. Overall I would stay again at this hotel.

I was very pleased with this hotel. The price seemed reasonable for the New York area. They had a free shuttle to and from the nearest subway stop. The desk staff were very accommodating and allowed us to leave our car in the garage past checkout time with no extra charge. If you want to try and save the parking fee that the hotel charges, there may be free parking on the nearby streets, depending on the time of day.

The Inn claims it has a Manhattan view. Well don't get your hopes too high the view is from a great distance. Your immediate view is of some factories that are right next to the Inn. The neighborhood the hotel is in doesn't look that great either. Some pros of the place are they provide a free shuttle to and from the hotel until 10:30pm and they provide a decent complimentary breakfast. The rooms are spacious we had two king sized rooms with king beds. The beds were comfortable and overall the room was quite clean.

I was with my husband for a week there. Excellent Customer Service and staff. The bus driver very helpful and friendly. The bedroom was clean and comfortable. The view to the beautiful city from the window. We are happy with our stay. I love NY.

Hotel is nice. Location was a bit scary looking at first and the hotel is smaller than the photos make it appear. The rooms are nice and clean but are quite small with very little room to navigate and feel like there is a standing dampness. The staff is great, very friendly and helpful. The shuttle is a great bonus and the breakfast is pretty standard.

Rooms were on the small side but nice. Pretty good complimentary hot breakfast.

Lost both stars on 5/18. The bartender started closing at 10pm for personal reasons. He also forced us (and others I watched) to put the drinks on the room, sure to save HIM some time. Left 9 people sitting at the bar.

Super friendly and helpful. Great shuttle service to the local subway station and local restaurants. Great view of Manhattan. Middle class neighborhood. Highway exit so only about 20 minutes from LaGuardia by taxi. If I am in the area again I would totally stay here. Close walking (less than a mile) to Greenpoint. Bus stop a block away.

Was there a couple months ago and the experience was superb. I got the room from priceline with a very decent price compares to what we experienced. The check-in was smooth with friendly staff. The room is on the smaller side, but very cozy and clean. The complementary breakfast is definitely a bonus with lots of choices and very decent food. The parking could be a problem, but I got lucky to find the last spot on site. I do not know the neighborhood so could not really comment on that, but the location was very convenient to access subway with shuttle bus. Overall, a great experience!
