Location is close to Interstate 71 and the airport. The suite was a nice size and updated. Staff was very accommodating for my friends' wedding.

We met extended family in the hotel lobby for drinks and conversation. The atmosphere was very conducive to fellowship, though I can imagine it might get noisy during busier times (this was late evening on a week night). Having a bar in the lobby was an unexpected convenience that isn't as common as it used to be for hotels of this class.

Great room. Very clean. Quiet area. Front desk staff very attentive to needs. Easy access to stores, and then to I-71 which gets you access to Cleveland and surrounding suburbs. Card key system worked first time, every time. Shower has great non-slip surface, and a grab bar. Beds were comfortable and looked like newer linens. Room was in good shape upon arrival. Free Internet was adaquate for email and browsing.

I love this place. Supper friendly staff who accommodate my room selection requests. Nice pool, never crowded. The Bistro has great casadillas, potato soap, and yogert parfaits. The room is always clean, there is a fridge and a comfy couch and it's always quiet.

Standard Courtyard by all means. Everything you'd expect from Courtyard normally. Decent internet, comfortable beds, and friendly staff. I crank the AC down and it seemed to work well. The hotel was clean and free parking.

The room was very nice, very clean, and ready for us early. It was pretty quiet with the exception of the occasional sound of water from the neighbors shower runningthe breakfast was a bit of a letdown - pre-fabricated sandwiches in a microwave, cerial , yogurt with toppings , and waffles (make your own with their batter - whole wheat, maybe?) The pool was great - heated room but the pool was not too warm lime at other hotels. Oh, and the beds here are wonderful. AC blew cold and quiet. Overall a great place to stay!

The room has been nice, the hotel front desk staff to say less than enthusiastic would be a compliment. Luckily the room makes up for the rest, the location is great, and the bed comfy. Now if someone just seemed happy when you checked in or entered the building.

We had a great experience at this hotel. Our room was clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the room temperature was comfortable too. The pool and hot tub were clean and clear, and there were plenty of large fresh towels to dry off with. The front desk staff were helpful and friendly. The food and drinks and service at the hotel restaurant were all excellent too. They have a station by the front desk where you can print off your airport boarding passes, and there is a free shuttle service to the airport that runs every 45 minutes. Svetlana, the shuttle driver, was very friendly!

Cream and comfortable, nice staff. There are several restaurants within an easy walk. The fitness center is small, but the pull and hottub are nice areas.

An excellent Courtyard. Everything is excellent shape and the staff is very friendly. The restaurant and bar are well run. The pool is indoors and in great shape. Despite being listed as an airport location, it is very quite.

Really nice place. All the staff here were super friendly, helpful and eager to assist. Check in was fast and easy. The room was awesome, with a balcony.
The bistro was great. Victoria was really on her game, she treated us like family, even looked up online how to make a special request for us and made the drinks perfectly.
Couldn't possibly be more pleased and looking forward to staying here again when in the area.

I visited the Courtyard in order to see the rooms and amenities they had to offer to decide if it was a good choice for my wedding guests. It was clean, recently renovated and has a Starbucks inside. They also have a nice pool and outdoor patio that I think my family will love. Needless to say we booked a hotel room block for my wedding here.
