Very kind gentleman who was working the front desk upon check in and a very kind young lady when I checked out. Low price. Nothing fancy, but clean room within walking distance to old town Scottsdale. I would stay again.

I had a good experience with this hotel. The office staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, and the location is perfect! It is in walking distance to so many shops, restaurants, and bars. No need for an Uber for a night out. The only problem I had was the outlets in the bathroom counter area. They stopped working and the refrigerators and microwave stopped working because of which. I didn’t mind because I wasn’t using those items, but it’s definitely something that needs fixed. I would definitely stay here again due to the affordable prices and location.

Awesome location. You can easily walk to shopping and food. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean and bigger than I expected. I would definitely stay here again.

Best prices around. All rooms non smoking non pet friendly. Heated pool and hot tub year round. Within walking distance of many local hot spots and just a mile from the entertainment district. Golf cart can pick you up and drop you off at the door.

Stayed here in December. The location and customer service was good. However, the rooms were not cleanest. The bath tub had hair, rough old towels and linen. The hotel could use major updating/remodeling. I was so glad when our trip was over.

We booked a last minute room through HotelsTonight for the Howard Johnson hotel in Scottsdale. Hotel had free parking and was very close to Old Town. It was perfect for our overnight stay - we were able to walk back after a few drinks and it was very clean and cozy. Even had a small breakfast. The workers were very kind, as well. We enjoyed our stay!

Customer serive a good.. How ever cleanness is not there number one priority. I'm glad that I only had to stay there one night. The bathroom was dirty the tub was black had a bar of soap and a razor in the tub. Then I shower curtain had dirt and black spots on it. Then I look at the top of the shower curtain and the was a used wash cloth from the people before me still hanging there. So at this point I started to look around the air vent that's in the shower had like 2 inches of dirt on it then the shower head was falling off the wall. Then you go into the room and the carpet was being rip off the ground. I then left my room and closed the door behind me and the latch that's on the door closes and I get lock out of my room so the front desk guy had to get a hammer to rip off the door fram so I can get back into my room. Overall was a terrible stay and I would never pay to there again. I was better paying 50 dollars more to have a better room at another place. It was a waste of money

The rooms are clean, the restrooms are small but clean. Each room has a refrigerator and microwave and it is close, walking distance to many shops in Old Town. Pool and spa are clean and inviting. Warm water in pool. We enjoyed our stay. Not fancy but well maintained!!!

We tend to find ourselves in Scottsdale at least once a year on business and we are Marriott platinum members so we definitely have a point of comparison. This hotel is quiet, nicely appointed and a great value as compared to other properties in Scottsdale. Although it appears to be remote with nothing around it, it actually is within 5 miles of Old Town Scottsdale, the Scottsdale Fashion Mall, Target, Walmart and many other retail stores and restaurants. Ask at the front desk about their free courtesy shuttle that will drop off and pick up anywhere in a 5 mile radius of the hotel. It's a great service and extremely easy to use. The shuttle van is clean, well marked for easy visibility for pick up and the driver is extremely courteous. We will definitely continue to stay at this property for future trips to Scottsdale.

Outstanding customer service! Eric was especially wonderful taking care of us and our needs. We've stayed at numerous hotels/resorts in the Scottsdale area, which were newer, "nicer" with a whole different feel. You're also paying for it. I found the price was an exceptional value and you simply can't beat the location. Will definitely stay there again.
