My husband and I have used this hotel for several guests. It is very close to our home. We also give couples classes and held them there and they are always warm and inviting, serve Starbucks coffee and they have a nice, hot breakfast. The rooms are modern and clean. For a 3 star hotel, you won't be disappointed.

I had reservations for May 31st- June 6th 2017. Checked in and the front desk staff was phenomenal. I haven't experienced that type of professional customer service in a long time. My family checked in kind of late after a long day. I woke up to bed bugs and had to run out of their super fast. It was around midnight. I have small children and they were devastated. The staff didn't give us any hassle. It was hard dealing with that and having to be at work in a few hours. 1st floor room 125.last but not least the furniture was so old and not what I expected from a hyatt hotel

Clean and spacious rooms with great layout. Stayed 2 nights with no problems in the slightest. Couldn't hear neighbors or traffic, despite being right off of the 202 loop. Best breakfast I have ever had in any hotel. More selection, quality, and quantity allowed for everyone to get in and out quickly. Will stay here next time I am in SW Phoenix. That is a guarantee.

The location is great, away from the Phoenix traffic. But not too far out of the way to go shopping. Rooms are clean, roomy and very nice. Staff is very helpful and courteous.

I spent two weeks here and it was a great stay. Clean and comfortable room, great bed and pillows. Has a bistro style restaurant with very good food. I got hooked on the apple cinnamon crumb cakes with caramel sauce. They also have a shuttle driver that will take you anywhere you want to go within about 5 miles. I highly recommend this hotel.

My daughter recently stayed at the Hyatt Place Phoenix/Gilbert with a large group. During her stay, my daughter would celebrate her 16th birthday. I called the hotel to see if there was anything I could do to acknowledge my daughter's birthday, and was blown away by the kindness offered by Jen and the staff. Jen arranged to have cupcakes delivered to my daughter's room and gave her a card signed by staff members. Thank you to all involved! That type of customer service and generosity goes above and beyond.

Beds comfy. Pool area okay but limited. Cleanliness was below average in room. Pink mildew on shower curtain. Graffiti in elevator. Dirty fridge. What really ticked me off though and reason for bad review is I asked them to clean the fridge that was already dirty when first checking into room three separate times within the three days I was there politely and explained what it looked like and it never ever got cleaned. After asking them 3 separate times!!! Rooms are nice but cleanliness could definitely be better. The sooner they get rid of the graffiti the better. Not a good first impression going to your room. I would give them a second chance if they stepped it up on maintaining a clean environment and their employees made sure needs were met.

The staff is so friendly and accommodating as this was a special trip for me and they did everything to make my life very special for me including my birthday with a special gift. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice place to stay. The people are so willing to be helpful and be there for you. Vanessa at the front desk was so thoughtful and is definitely a valuable asset to this place. I definitely rate it 5 stars.

The room was ok. The layout is interesting compared to other hotels. There is a wall with fogged windows in the middle of the room to separate the sleeping area from the sitting area with the tv in-between both areas. I found the layout odd as a single person staying, but I can see how it would be functional for multi people sharing the room who would like a little privacy from each other. Overall a pretty standard stay for a hotel.

All food is served from a bag . No real food. Carpet separating . Bathroom dirty. Couch worn . Pool small
No tub. No jacuzzi. Young kids running . No one knows what's going on. Just glad I did not pay full price. Place is over rated . Would not consider a Hyatt. Comparable to a nice motel.response / report this review -

I've stayed here occasionally since 2013 and it's always clean, quiet, reasonably priced, and a great hotel over all. Plus the lobby always smells amazing! Great Job Hyatt Place

Best place I stayed in for a few years. 1st timer at a Hyatt Place and would definitely seek these hotels out. The room was updated, very cool and well planned layout. Staff was wonderful while we waited for our home the we bought to close in Gilbert. Would do it again and again. Thanks!

This hotel is fantastic!
The location is great and the staff goes over and beyond the call of duty. So warm and friendly and extremely helpful.
I got a large suite with two double beds. The beds were so comfortable and the sheets and bedding fresh.
They have food to purchase within the hotel or you can eat outside or order in. Complimentary breakfast comes with the room. I didn't have time to try it but I am sure it was great.
