Plusy: väčšinou príjemná obsluha, ale hlavne skvelá dostupnosť k letisku. Naviac vás hotelový taxík, rozvezie po okolí, kam potrebujete, vrátane z a na letisko. Pekná izba.
Mínusy: raňajky - len tie ich toustové chleby alebo wafle, žiadne salámy a syry. Inak je tam vždy jogurt, ovocie, rôzne prídavky do jogurtu ako napr. sejané mandle, musli, rôzne sladené prkotiny .
Ďalší mínus, je vnútorná kľučka na vstupných dverách. Je namontovaná zvisle. Takže keď vám dvere letia a chcete ich aby nemrdli o zárubne, tak sa siahnete do prázdna.
A ďalší mínus, ktorý som objavil ja, z odpadu vo vani sa mi občas nahrnula naspäť voda, takže keď som sa vrátil z práce, tak tam boli zaschnuté také čierne akoby sadze.
Čo bolo pre mňa neobvyklé je, že na zemi pod oknom je stojatá klimatizácia, ktorá, keď som prišiel, bola pustená na plné gule.
A posledná vec, kúpeľové umývadlo sa im nezmestilo do kúpeľne, takže je súčasťou izby.
Inak spokojnosť, kedže som tam chodil len spať.response / report this review -

The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The shower is excellent!
The amenities are terrific! I didn't mind the airplanes as I found the sounds soothing!
The front desk staff were kind and friendly.
This is a beautiful place to stay!

Staff is very polite and helpful. Complimentary breakfast was just ok- didn't care for the powdered eggs that was served everyday. Hotel is in an industrial park so there is nothing to do within walking distance.

The location is super convenient for the airport. It's actually located right next to the airport business park. Only a 5 minute drive to the airport, and the hotel has a free shuttle service back and forth. The rooms are large and spacious with comfortable beds and easily controllable air conditioning. The breakfast buffet was also really good. A good selection of tasty, filling food. Concierges were very friendly and helpful and gave great suggestions for food in the area. With the airport very near by, we did have frequent planes flying overhead. They provided earplugs, but I didn't mind the noise.

Nice hotel close to the airport. Offers airport shuttle and free breakfast. Lot of eating options within a couple of miles range that deliver too. There is a subway restaurant a block or two down the road. It has a eating option on-site too in case one doesn't want to step out if late however a little pricier.

Great prices and no issues. Got two queens and a sofa bed for $80. This chain has been reputable every time I have stayed with them.

The service at the Hyatt Place Tempe/Phoenix Airport was amazing from the moment I arrived! Jon, at the front desk was especially professional and courteous! He went above and beyond as he patiently answered my questions and offered to help numerous times! Rudy, the shuttle driver was very friendly and helpful also! My experience at this property was outstanding!

Pool was closed and breakfast was gross. Very disappointed. Room was clean which was nice but it's hard to come to Phoenix and not have a pool. Breakfast had a very small selection and was nasty. Definitely would stay elsewhere.

Overall the experience was nice. The hotel was clean, well maintained, polite staff. The pillows suck and there is a little rattling in the room, probably from the AC. Easy access, checking in/out was painless.

Hyatt Place hotel in Tempe. The front desk was great, we get to our room and it has 2 beds like we asked for. The room entrance has a small living room area, small fridge, single cup coffee maker and a small sink. The TV is a 42 inch. The place appears clean,. Themselves beds are full sized rather than Queen. The AC worked fine

Very friendly staff. I have stayed here for an extended stay so I got to know some of the employees here at the hotel. All of them are very friendly knowledgeable and willing todo anything to improve your stay with them. I highly recommend them for any business you have in this area. Very good location, except for the airport being so close (good and bad). Free breakfast daily.

The hotel is clean, the staff is nice, and they offer free breakfast. The building is structurally sound and we didn't hear noise from the surrounding rooms.
The surrounding neighborhoods seem safe so you can walk a lot of places if you're into fitness and it's not too hot. The hotel is a 35-40 minute walk to downtown Tempe where you'll find a lot of good restaurants and theaters.
One drawback is that the hotel is older and really needs upgrades /renovation work. Another drawback is that our rooms smelled stuffy/stale/dank the entire time. Its likely due to lack of fresh air as we couldn't crack the window in or room and there wasn't a ventilation center.response / report this review
