We are enjoying it here. Room is nice, grounds are immaculate, great location. Excellent customer service! Use of the shuttle is so great. Rooms remodeled and comfortable. Not edgy and hip, comfortable and safe!

My stay here was very nice. The rooms are nicely updated, the staff was pleasant and my experience at the event I was attending was top notch. All food was fresh, the catered food offered lots of healthy and fresh ingredients, and the service was excellent.

The King Suite is an excellent Value for your money. Very Clean quiet and lots of new updates. (T.V.'s Beds and Shower) Service was very friendly and plenty of parking right at your door. Pools are located close to all rooms. And Very clean as well. Will return and recommend to friends and family.

Stayed here right after getting married and had a horrible experience. Long line of cars parked out front of the lobby late at night which was super annoying considering there was only one other group checking in. Anyway, attractive group of girls ahead of me in line had the front desk attendant taking his sweet time as he drooled all over himself. When it was finally my turn, had a hell of a time checking in because it had been booked in our name but not with one of our credit cards. Even though I had all of our IDs and credit cards he insisted both my bride and I be present to check in and I told him that was not going to happen because I wasn't going to walk to the end of the line of cards and then parade her through the lobby in her wedding dress. It was bad enough I was having to do this in my tux. After a lot of arguing and twelve minutes more than it should have, we got our keys and drove to our suite in the back of the property. There was a dirty rag from house keeping in front of our door and we were immediately greeted in the bathroom by a cockroach. No joke. Lovely, anyway the ONLY redeeming part or the night and why it got 2 stars instead of 1, was room service. Good food and it came quick. Anyway, a horrible experience and if you are considering staying here for something special, DON'T. Look elsewhere.

My wife and I found this place on one of the online booking sites and thought it's cheap and on Scottsdale Rd, why not. It's way better than the price would suggest. The rooms are top notch and clean and quiet. The food is excellent and the pools are super nice (I'm a Colorado guy; it's rare I see a pool in November). The staff is super friendly but not overly friendly. I highly recommend this place.

Stayed here for 4 nights as part of a professional event. Beautiful room, very spacious. Grounds are very well kept and the staff is excellent. We enjoyed complimentary shuttle service to local restaurants and shopping. Wifi service in the room was very good, so I was able to get some work done as well.

Love the fact that they have a 24 hr pool most places especially in Scottsdale have their pools opened till 11 which really sucks. I love coming here for a weekend getaway. 24 hr pool and hot tub. Room service and relaxation. A must stay place.

We loved the location - not smack dab in the city but close to great restaurants and places to go and things to do. Checking in was quick and easy; we loved the different sections, each with a shared pool. We absolutely loved the "private" pool for the 10-15 villas in our area - if we were not the only ones there then there was only a few others. We liked that the resort employees would drive us around the resort in golf carts and offered (if not busy!) to drive us to and from the resort within a 5 mile radius (wow!)! The one bedroom that we stayed in was clean and nice. It seemed a little dark, even with it being the summer! We constantly had lights on. Though, this probably caused the place to be nice and cool, especially during the hot summer days we visited We also could hear our neighbors talking (we shared a wall), which was the main con that we saw with the place.

Very nice hotel resort. I was pleasantly surprised by the price. There was a summer package that gives you a $100 food and beverage credit to their restaurant. Pretty amazing deal. We stayed for our anniversary so we upgraded to a larger 2 story suite. It was a very large and beautiful room. Very clean and updated. The only reason I am giving it 4 stars is because it was being renovated and I think that affected the restaurant because our dining experience wasn't that great. Would love to stay again when renovation is complete.

We went here with friends for the Easter brunch (their treat). The grounds were beautiful and well-maintained. The pool area was inviting with plenty of shaded areas and misters. The bathrooms in the buffet area were clean with pleasantly scented soap. The buffet had a wide ranging selection and included champagne and mimosas. Good times.

Attended the Plaza's great Easter buffet with friends and family! Has become a tradition of the family for some time. Crab legs, variety of meets and cheese, assorted desserts and fruits, pretty much everything you need for brunch. Can't say much about the rooms as I haven't stayed. Poolside looks very enticing though!

Beautiful landscaping everywhere. Pools and hot tubs seemingly around every corner. Just a very relaxing and pretty place to hang out. Lots of kids - the place seems very family friendly, but not too hard to find a pool away from the crowd.

Excellent value! 2 story 900sqft room for $190 a night. Plenty of parking, immaculate grounds with lush grass everywhere. Super friendly staff, great food, amazing drinks, kids menu. But the pool areaplease please get rid of 80% of the tables and chairs. They do not increase food sales. Far less people at the pool because of lack of deck chairs = decrease in sales.

I have no complaints and will come back again and again.

Attended a conference at the Scottsdale Plaza Resort. It was a very nice venue. We used the large conference room. There was a light breakfast and nice lunch served. I would recommend this venue for any conference for about 200-300 people.
