Excellent for families awaiting appointments at Mayo Clinic. Comfortable well staffed restful and enjoyable amenities.

Very nice Hotel. Most people staying there are Patients at the Mayo Clinic, which is on the same (large) grounds as the Residence Inn. The rooms are large, with 2 Queen beds if you prefer. They have a Kitchenette, which is great for your own snacks, drinks, or even cooking. The Inn has a very nice daily Breakfast Buffet. It's quite extensive; hot & cold foods, fresh fruit, juices, coffee, sweets, etc. This is complementary, as is the twice weekly wine & Tidbits in the evening, in the Lobby.
Service is great. There is a free Shuttle that takes you to the nearby (5 min.) large Mall. Many local Restaurants there. Approx. cost for Uber to & from Airport is $45.00, for a big SUV.response / report this review -

I love this hotel. A ton of outdoor space to hang out. The pool area is great for kids. The front desk always gpes above and beyond to get you want you need. It is one of the best business hotels I have stayed in my travels around the world.

Quiet, nice rooms. Hotel was not prepared for the large number of people. They were completely overwhelmed by the amount of guests at breakfast and didn't have enough prepared. Staff is okay.

Awesome Place! And that can only be so if the hotel staff is Awesome-er!!!
The RI is within walking distance from the May Clinic Phoenix on Mayo Drive. (Plus they offer very reasonable discounts for Mayo patients.) Will always come back.for my follow-up appointments and recommend this to anyone coming to North Phoenix, a truly great place to hang your hat.response / report this review -

Beautiful renovation! Rooms are modern, spacious and comfortable. The board room and meeting spaces were superb as well. We had a great experience and would definitely go back.

Excellent service. Large, clean rooms with sitting area, kitchen. Everything you need for extended stays. Free breakfast and happy hour with lite food and wine. Nearby shops and restaurants. Would highly recommend.

Great rooms, but for the HIGH price, no way. No restruant, very limited night menu and no one delivers here, absolutely no one. Average morning breakfast, coffee is great, hot at least.

Nice staff. Very noisy by the highway. The air-conditioning and fridge were also really noisy. There is a nice walk from the hotel around the hospital grounds which no one told us about.

The room was superb! It felt more like an apartment and the view of the mountains was quite enjoyable. The breakfast in the morning was great, and the watermelon was tasty.

The rooms feel like apartments. Depending on where your room is, the views are very beautiful. The staff is very helpful and nice. They have an amazing Happy Hour for guests and the lobby is a great hangout spot. The hotel is also dog friendly.
