Best extended day hotel I've found in the area, full size fridge, no roaches, good location, big flat screen TV, just like a studio apartment but way too pricey at 366.99 per week, comes to between 1400 and almost 1700 per month depending on a 4 or 5 week month.. which is a mortgage on a 4 bedroom house. At a price like this Intown (Crestwood) Suites are taking advantage of the lesser advantaged people which are most of their clientele with evictions and trying to better their situations/credit, just trying to survive and are considered technically homeless.
Catrina, Shelly and both Bens are helpful and professional. The hotel has problems, but it is affordable and always fully booked. I believe it's because of the wonderful staff.
This place is a joke. Full of drug addicts and shaddy people walking around all hours of the night. Have to look over your shoulder when walking to the car. This place is run down. Will not be back. This place used to be great but not anymore
I chose to ignore the 2.8 rating and ended up regretting it. As I exited the freeway to arrive at the hotel, my phone rang and I was told that my confirmed room would not be available due to problems with the previous tenants. When I asked what my options were I was told that there were no rooms available and I would need to find alternate lodging. I had booked this room to attend an event with my daughter at UCF. My message is to parents of UCF students do not count on this placed for lodging. they will drop you without a thought or assistance in finding an alternate placed to stay
Black girl at front desk needs some customer service skills.
It was horrible don't waste ur money
Literally a drug and prostitution hotel. Stay away!
This hotel has a happy, helpful staff. The rooms have everything you might need
Big screen tv, cable, free wifi and a kitchen with stove, refrigerator and microwave. The rooms are nicely decorated and are very clean and well decorated. I would highly recommend a stay here.
Seems very high priced! Fairly clean for rent by the week.
The needs are broke down and really old. The wall sockets do not keep your plug in the wall without proping it up with something. They have no utensils in the rooms. The couch has springs popping out of it and very uncomfortable. They only give you one roll of toilet paper for a week and inn set of towels. Not very happy for the money spent.
Super clean Hotel. Convenient location next to restaurants close to UCF
