The hotel was quite nice, and had all the features of a good one. However, the breakfast was a little lacking, and I wish there was some more variety. The location, though, was very convenient.

This has been the most relaxed and restful stay my Wife and I have had in a very long time. There are not thin walls or cheap mattresses. And if you happen to be very drunk they even number the shower process on the bathing materials they provide.

Room was extremely big and very nice. Staff were very friendly and they will sometimes give you complementary items. Staff was very straightforward with rules and were clear with quiet hours, which was not a problem. Ice machine was difficult to find, since there were no directions to it. Beds were very comfortable and large, 4 people could sleep on the larger bed.

Great location near shopping center. Lots of parking and great rooms. Currently under renovation but their service is wonderful.

Very bad room. The bathroom size was so small , the shower was the only option , with no shower cap provided . Unwanted space occupied by 2 unnecessary sink in the room. Room service was very good . The people working there was very polite and helping . Phone and lock was in very bad condition.

I have stayed at Hyatt's prior, and forgotten how wonderful they are. This location is incredibly close (walking distance) to a large mall and tons of restaurants/services. Checkin was on point, the two ladies in the front were incredibly welcoming and informative. The rooms are clean and spacious with a sitting area/wet bar separate from the bedroom area. Rooms were quiet (and there was a basketball tournament group staying in the hotel and sleep quality was great - the bed was firm but not too firm. If I were to come back to the area, this would most definitely be where I stay. Excellent value!

I highly recommend this hotel. I'm looking at hotels for trip at Christmas and when I saw I remembered that I never wrote a review. This hotels has incredible deals. We stayed in a 2 room suite last Thanksgiving. Everything was clean and orderly. The staff is just amazing. We received Ritz Carlton service. The front desk is the best. I wish I could recall the name of gentleman that helped us in making the room more comfortable-staff gets 5 stars. The hotel is 4 stars. One is lost because is the rooms are so bland that it depressed me. If you want pretty you won't get it here. however, I would absolutely recommend this hotel.

This hotel is like your own little home. The room was spacious and allows dogs. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was complimentary. 24 hour room service is offered also. There is a gym, but very tiny. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel. Huge mall across the street if you love shopping.

The staff here were so friendly and helpful! I recommend this place for anyone. It's clean and located in the middle of everything. 2 thumbs up and I'll be back!

This was our second time staying at this hotel. It was clean, with modern decor. The reception area is large with plenty of seating for their complementary breakfast (which was really good). Check in and out were seamless. The workers were all very polite. My one complaint is that the string flush of the toilets is heard from other rooms do it woke me up a time or two.

Boy, was I pleasantly surprised by this hotel! The rooms are very spacious and super clean. Comfortable beds. Great service! Close to a lot of restaurants and things to do. Breakfast was just ok but they serve Starbucks coffee so that was awesome! If we ever return to the area, we'll definitely stay here again!
