For the price we paid for the room, we wouldn't expect this type of experience.
The lobby is immaculate but once we entered our "suite" we felt we were traveling back into the 70's!
The entire suite was old and out dated! It desperately needed to be remodeled. I took pictures of rust and corrosion on the door way. chipped paint, peeling wall paper and the ceiling had dark spots from the vents. But I dropped my phone and was not able to retrieve them.
Also, the WiFi was not working in the floor/area of our room. We had a employee check the signal with a machine he had, and he agreed with us.
My family and I will never return to this hotel!response / report this review -

I was disappointed that the central courtyard was closed off for construction. One of the fun aspects of Embassy is the big common area. As compensation, free breakfast buffet and happy hour drinks were offered in a long, impersonal hall. Of four elevators, one was only for construction workers & two opened into the sports bar. The suite was comfortable except its decor & that on the renovated floors oddly matched the construction theme. Hall carpeting design looked like distressed concrete. Faux marble, back lit bathroom mirror frame just looked dirty. I was also disappointed to learn the rate my company paid during the construction noise and inconvenience.

Wonderful service. Renovations were underway during our stay and will be completed early 2018. Our room was newly renovated and we loved the new decor. The atrium was completely closed during our stay, but the rest of the hotel was beautiful. -1 star for the minor inconvenience of the renovations during our stay, but will absolutely be a 5 once renovations are complete.

The property was being renovated during my three night stay. So, room prices were reasonable, availability was good, occupancy was light. Sometimes noisy during the day.

Great location with clean comfortable suites. Friendliness and excellent service from each staff member we encountered at the hotel. The indoor pool was a nice change for the kids. The chemical level seemed a bit high in the pool and hot tub, though. My eyes were burning and so we're my family's eyes. That might need to be re-calibrated. I look forward to seeing the rooms and the rest of the hotel upon completion. Despite the minor inconveniences of taking alternate routes to avoid construction areas, our stay was pleasant! We'll definitely return!

We had a great stay here. It seemed to be a good value with the 2-room suites, free drinks and snacks, and free breakfast. The hotel itself also looked quite nice with a fountain in the main atrium. They were still renovating when we stayed, but I think we got one of the new rooms. We specifically chose this hotel because we were traveling with our toddler and we wanted the door between the main room and the bedroom. This worked quite well, but the only problem was that the bathroom was on the bedroom side of the separating door, so we couldn't use it while our kid was asleep.

We attended a grad party/lunch at Embassy Suites Arcadia. The ambiance was so nice from the flowing stream and bridge to the beautiful high 50 ft ceiling. The buffet had variety and all the food was good. To top it off the servers were very helpful and let us play music and games with no weird looks. We will be back!

The Embassy Suite was an awesome place to stay. It was clean and everything was so convenient. The people were also very helpful and accommodating. I would definitely recommend staying here! :)

I'm currently in the middle of a two night stay here, and the property is in the middle of what appears to be pretty serious renovation. All told, this is a nice hotel. But it's definitely in need of the reno. Our room feels older than most Embassy Suites and definitely hasn't been shown any love since the 90s. However, it's a nice place. Breakfast was solid as always. :)
