It was good. Breakfast could have been better. I found the bacon to be way too overcooked and the eggs a little watery with no seasoning. They did not have a lot of options either.

Good location next to a shopping mall. Room was nice had 2 queen beds and a separate space with a sleeper sofa. Free breakfast was eggs sausage and pancakes

Nice hotel to stay.. close to all..shopping, restaurants and more..free breakfast served daily..friendly staffs.. nice and comfortable bed..highly recommend this place

The place was nice but the bathroom setup was a little odd. We had a room with two queen beds and the sink was located outside the bathrooms. The beds were comfortable.

The location is remote and very safe. That being said it's right next to a quite strip mall. The room service is great they even fold the clothes. I fully appreciate everything they've done for me.

We enjoyed our time here. Pool and fitness center are nice. Breakfast (which is included) is decent and better coffee than most of others (Seattle's best). I would stay again to visit but had to take a star off for bad wifi.

Its a nice hotel located in a central shopping area. The rooms are spacious and the included morning breakfast is good. Had to take a star off for the not so great wifi

Large, clean, renovated rooms. Ample free parking and decent included breakfast. Hotel seemed to appeal to a business traveler, with the large in room work space and empty mini fridge. Location is strange however, tucked back in a commercial area.

Beautiful hotel in a great part of Garden City. There is also 2 malls within a mile so you won't be bored at your stay here.

This is nice hotel close to where I was doing business. It's quiet, modern, and clean. It's right off of Old Country Road and close to shopping and many restaurants. The staff are friendly and it includes a full breakfast. I will stay here in the future.

The actual hotel is okay - clean and pretty much what you expect from a hotel. I'm giving five stars because the staff was so wonderful. Cheerful, helpful, and overall a pleasure to talk to.

Staff was very friendly. Rooms were clean, and decorated well. It felt very comfortable and enjoyable, with WiFi available. The gym was also great too, although we only viewed their equipment and didn't use it.

It's a decent hotel. Looks and feels like other Hyatt Place locations. Staff is good. Right around the hotel feels like an industrial park. There is a small outdoor mall nearby with decent food options that you can walk to.
