Lobby and staff are awesome. Rooms not so much. Sink faucet dripped all night. Big hole near shower head. Missing boarders on the living room. Not good.
The staff of the hotel are very helpful - unfortunately the rooms are usually in very bad shape.
Nothing wrong with furniture/fixtures, however there is a persistent smell of mold in all the rooms. I was staying at this hotel on a weekly basis until I discovered extensive mold in the showers and became ill after a few nights.
I recommend not staying at this hotel.
Stayed in a very spacious single bed room. The bed was a king size and in a separate room from the rest of the space. Room included large sectional couch, arm chairs, good sized kitchenette with ample counter space, dining table with 6 chairs, and cable TV. Bathroom was clean and well maintained. View was decent from the 7th floor and lobby was very nicely furnished. Would stay again and recommend to everyone.
Stayed their for 3 weeks. The hotel is nothing fancy, just a simple place to stay in. The location is great with excellent restaurants nearby. The people at the front desk are very friendly and say hello when ever you arrive. The only issue I had were the one elevator due to renovations on the second one. That lead to VERY long waits. They have been working on it for MONTHS and very little progress had been made. I had to take the stairs multiple times because I could not deal with the weight.
Okay so far.
Pros: good breakfast and after work social eats. Rooms are spacious and mostly clean - see below. Friendly staff.
Cons: dirty sheets, one pillow had makeup stains. The extra blanket smelled old and unwashed. They gave me a handicapped room and the bathroom had no counters or space for toiletries. Only 1 working elevator.
We were staying there for a week in the middle of April for a business. The hotel staff was great! My room was clean and comfortable and always stocked with what I need. The breakfast was great, get togethers a lot of fun, and the atmosphere was more like family. The hotel is not brand new; but, it was clean. For someone who was there to work, they went out of their way to help me get things done. Sorry I don't get to go back. Thanks to Robert, Janet and the rest of the crew.
Pretty bad experience overall. The AC in the entire hotel was apparently out. One of the residents there (they also have apts that they rent/sell) told me it had been out for awhile as well as a chronic water leak in the lobby (which apparently flooded our last night there). Our room stayed at 75 degrees during our June stay. The parking lot is REALLY tight to maneuver up and down the ramps that go between levels. They ran out of butter the second day were were there and offered me cream cheese to put on my waffles??? They have free coffee all the time which is nice, but it is downright horrible. I mentioned it to the person at the desk, but she didn't seem to care, nor did she care when we brought up several problems at check when she asked, "How was your stay?" Elevators were being renovated so only one was working and you could generally only catch the elevator going up from whatever floor you were getting on on and have to ride up and then back down.
Otherwise the rooms were spacious with nice enough furniture. Its nice and close to West Chester Mall.
In the end, neither I nor my parents who I was there with would ever stay there again.
The front desk personnel were friendly. The room was great. Took a little while for the a/c to cool the room but was gone after a while. Elevator ride was slow only because the other elevator was being worked on. Over all, great stay.
Helpful and professional staff. Room was very comfortable and clean
Nice Lobby. Lots of convenience eating and charging. Restaurant is pretty good for dim sum and other Seafood. Can sometimes get really busy and crowded.
Large, well equipped suites. Good got breakfast, clean. Climate control requires door key to be placed in slot baby front door.
Very, very satisfied!!! Great place for the family, in a quiet neighborhood, well appointed location near all downtown activities with indoor parking. I can't say enough about the Operations Manager Robert K who is wonderful, professional, friendly, and went out of his way to ensure our room satisfaction, he was extremely accommodating and it was like having a family member in the management office! He knows all of his guests by name which is amazing!!! The hotel staff was very professional and responded to room service requests immediately. The rooms were spacious, and the suite included two queen size beds, a pull out sofa, a microwave, dish washer, full fridge, toaster, iron, ironing board, and two flat screen cable tv's. We used the fridge to store all of our left overs after dining out which was a great option for us to have instead of wasting food. There is a 24 hour laundry room on premises, which is so convenient!!! The hot breakfasts included sausage patties, andouille chicken sausage, a make your own waffle station, bagels, toast, coffee cake, oatmeal, fresh fruit, hot coffee, juices, varieties of gourmet tea bags, scrambled eggs (possibly powdered), cheese, raisins, and more which offered enough choices for the family to enjoy. There was no bacon served with the eggs, only sausage. There is an onsite restaurant in case you decide not to leave the building for lunch or dinner. No pool. If you select this location I hope you will enjoy, we had everything we needed!!!
