Stayed here multiple times this past year and each time staff were very friendly, and helpful. Hotel is conveniently located off major highway and rooms are very clean and comfortable. Better than average breakfast included.

Stayed in this hotel for the first 2 months of my job relocation. Staff was very friendly, and free breakfast is always a great addition. Only used the shuttle bus service once, seems a little unorganized for them to find the drivers. Also, had some rule that I could not stay in the place for 60 days straight, so I had to go to a sister hotel, that was very inconvenient as well, specially because when I booked they said they would take care of the fees and include on my regular bill, and one day before I had to move they changed this and the price of the other hotel also went up.

BEST WESTERN WOODBURY INN WAS EXCEPTIONAL. THE EMPLOYEES WERE COURTEOUS PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY ALL WRAPPED UP IN ONE. THE ROOM WE HAD WAS GREAT AND I WOULD LOVE TO KNOW WHERE THEY GET THEIR PILLOWS FROM. NEVER HAD SUCH COMFORT NOT EVEN IN MY OWN PILLOWS.!! ROOM WAS CLEAN BED COMFORTABLE I WOULD DEFINITELY STAY THERE AGAIN.

We needed a room for a two week stay because I was having surgery. They gave us an extended stay rate and a room with a kitchenette. I was very pleased to find such a well equipped room. I have stayed I places where a "kitchenette" was nothing more than a small fridge, microwave, and small sink. Here there was a small stove top, dishes, utensils and pots an pans
It helped keep our costs down for an already expensive trip, thanks to a wonderful breakfast every morning offering both hot and cold choices many of which changed daily. And to put icing on the cake there is a soup bar offered from 4-6 P.M. Monday through Thursday
The service here as been wonderful. Not only would I come back but I will highly recommend it to anyone I know looking for place in this area.

this Hotel though not flashy is clean and a great value when staying on Long Island. Staff are helpful and cheerful. They work hard at making you feel welcome. I have used many of the amenities and have not had a problem over the many times that I have stayed there. It is my go to hotel when my travel sends me to the middle of Long Island.

Location is good, room was clean. I personally didn't deal with any employees so I have no opinion on the service. What I can say is under no circumstance book their room with a skylight. There are no windows in these rooms (which I can't understand how it passed fire codes). The skylight has a filter on it similar to a furnace filter. It's a claustrophobic's worse nightmare.

The hotel is in a great location near many restaurants and stores and near a couple of major routes. I have stayed here several times over the past few years. The issue that I have with the hotel is that the facility is quite dated and in need of an upgrade. With the exception of the WiFi network (which has been upgraded recently), most of the carpets, furnishings, lighting, etc.. needs to be replaced. The staff is helpful and friendly and appear to care about the comfort of their guests. I do like the hotel and feel that the value is quite good considering the Long Island marketplace. Overall, nice hotel and a good value.

The team working at this hotel are outstanding. They give you a welcome bag with bottles of water and treats. The room was clean and comfy. No issues with accessing the internet. Breakfast was well done and attendant was helpful. The only issue is the building in front of the front does not have good lighting and found it hard to determine if that was the hotel or not. I would stay at this hotel again

Me and my daughter stayed at the Best Western for a friends wedding and it was a very nice place to stay. The room was clean and the people at the front desk were very nice. The only thing I thought could be better was the breakfast. Other than that I would recommend staying here if your in this part of New York.

We stay at this hotel every time we go home to NY. We go a couple of times a year because my daughter is attending college on Long Island. Love this hotel. Everyone is always friendly, rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, and breakfast is good. I also love the location due to what is available in the area. My place to stay by choice.

This is a value priced property in a great area. It is a little bit older but it is clean. They offer a decent free breakfast and happy hour snacks. The staff is top notch from check-in to room cleaning. I stay here often.

It's a nice motel. Rooms are decently styled and sized. Some rooms do have kitchenette with kitchenware especially nice for extended stays. They offer a continental breakfast that offers two types of eggs, variety of breads, bagels and pastries, pancake and waffles that you can make yourself, assorted juice and fruits, cereal and more with an awesome host who greets you and assists you if you need it. They also have a pool area. The only thing I didn't like is that there is a restaurant that is connected to the front of the motel and is not part of the motel but is closed down in and gives it this kind of eerie, creepy vibe. Other than that it's a nice stay.

I would rate it 10 stars if I could. Late check in with the friendliest night staff, and late check out for members allowed for a nap b4 checking out. Tucked into wooded area, off highway, with outdoor corridors. Queen Room was more like a studio apartment and had complete mini kitchen. Adequate parking and delicious breakfast with real eggs!

This was a great place for us to stay. We were from out of town and had no idea where to go for food and the two ladies who worked the front desk(only name I remember was Amanda) were extremely helpful and very sweet. It's in a nice area and we felt very safe staying there. The place was perfect for my children and I. I would definitely stay there again if I'm in the area . Thanks Best Western!
