It's a nice hotel. Looks clean and updated. Rooms, hallways, and lounge were very clean. It's close to stores and shopping so easy walk for some entertainment. Included breakfast options were good, and enjoyed the cookies at the front desk every night. I would recommend this place.

We live in the path of Hurricane Irma on the southeast coast of Florida. As I write this comment, we are still a day away from seeing this storm make landfall. We booked a room but this privately owned hotel refused us the ability to bring our dogs. Yes, they have every right to refuse our dogs, but under these remarkable circumstances, it doesnt seem like too much to ask them to bend a bit. This facility is not American owned. They were rude and unhelpful and showed no compassion. We offered to pay extra and to pay a deposit for each of our two, very well behaved dogs. Just on principle, I will never consider this as a place I would ever stay.

Location is prime and close to the beach and near restaurants. Staff is very and very helpful. Rooms are very clean and nicely decorated and maintained. Breakfast was good as well! Will definitely be back!

Nice clean hotel. No drawers in my room was unusual. Style is nice with sliding barn door splitting bathroom and closet. Accents with a modern flare.

Excellent location, excellent rates. We normally stay in Naples FL, but thought we would check out Bonita Springs and so glad we did. The Hotel was clean and quiet and the room overlooking the fountain was lovely. It was spacious, clean and again quiet. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the complimentary breakfast was good too. All in all, this is a great place to stay and it's only 25-mins from Naples 5th Avenue, so we'll be back again
