I never do this, but this place is awesome. Great room, very clean, and the staff is Amazing!. Incredibly helpful and courteous, specifically Bailey and Desiree. Thank You.

Great stay and great hospitality. Happy hour at 5 too! It was great to see everyone smiling, mingling, and hanging in the evening. The free morning breakfast was great. So much more than I excited. Would stay here again if I go back to Charleston.

If you're looking for a place to stay while visiting Charleston, this is the place to go! Located super close to the airport, the outlets, and several other convenient stores, this hotel was the PERFECT place. The staff is friendly and my room was cleaned everyday as well as stocked with fresh towels, linens, shampoos, etc. The front desk is well staffed and helpful and the breakfast is to die for! There was always tons of food even on the busy weekends. I couldn't recommend this place enough. Vicki was super helpful and truly cares about the satisfaction of her guests!

Great room! Separate sitting area, refrigerator, 42 inch TV with Oodles of channels. Free breakfast with lots of hot and cold entrees. All the staff was friendly and helpful. One of my best hotel experiences ever.

Good as a relatively cheap option in Charleston that's close to the airport. Free breakfast and airport shuttle are definite benefits. Hotel room was spacious, though not luxurious. The location in North Charleston is anywhere America with nearby strip malls. But the hotel certainly won't break the bank like downtown locations.

Location is nicely a bit further (.5 miles or so) from Tanger than other hotels which makes it less hectic. The room was great, clean. The bed was comfortable. I didn't notice any unnecessary noises from other guests or staff. The front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. Sufficient and convenient parking. Overall a great stay.

Amazing Hyatt brand hotel and location. The most shopping and dining around a Hyatt that I had a chance to stay at in the Southeast. The staff is great and very accommodating. Shuttle services are available and the complimentary breakfast is a huge time and money saver.

The BEST experience I have ever had with hotel staff! We had car troubles coming into the city and the hotel shuttle was a life saver! The staff was welcoming, accommodating, and always asked for updates when we saw them. They really cared about our comfort during our stay. I wish I could give this hotel more than 5 stars!

Very nice staff, easy access with the airport shuttle, clean rooms, comfy beds with extra pillows. Great daily breakfast included in the price too. Wonderful place to stay!response / report this review -

Convenient Airport location. Friendly and helpful staff. I love the two separate rooms. The bed is comfortable, the sheets are soft and I got down pillows when I asked. Cooked to order breakfast or help yourself to cereal, yogurt, fruit and pastries. Free drinks and pupu's at the Manager's reception. Beautiful lobby with POKEMON stops for the big kids.

Entire building and rooms are very clean and updated. Good continental breakfast and good service. The refrigerator in our room needed minor maintenance but the maintenance employee was very helpful and pleasant. Pool is small. Very affordable price for the quality of hotel and great location if you aren't looking to stay in downtown Charleston. Lots of business in the area surrounding the hotel.

Some friends and I went down to Charleston for a conference a week ago. When we got there we realized that the hotel we booked was not what it was promising online and knew we needed to cancel that reservation. After we canceled it we had a really hard time finding nice hotel that we could all afford so on a limb we walk in this hotel and meet Shelton. We explain our situation and let me tell you, Shelton is an amazing person! He helped us as much as he could and got us a room for the same price as the other hotel. I will recommend this hotel to anyone who asks! Thanks Shelton, you're the bomb!

What an incredible hotel! Room was clean and comfortable, the shower was excellent. The breakfast is wonderful, full of options including several skillets of hot items. Customer service is exceptional. I left my glasses behind and the staff brought my glasses to me at the airport. I can't say enough how thankful I am. I will definitely stay here again.
