The room was comfortable and had a giant TV. Oddly it only had one chair. But with a large couch there's plenty of seating.
The room also had a microwave and a mini fridge.
For a corporate price it was a Fine Place to spend two nights.
The free breakfast was, well you get what you pay for.response / report this review -

Just a great hotel with a fantastic staff. The shuttle drivers are very accommodating. Rooms are clean, safe and you can tell they treat their staff well. Good location as convenient to corporate offices.

Amazing hotel! The staff was so friendly and helpful, very clean, and their free breakfast was great. The rooms are HUGE. Definitely recommend!

Hotel was clean and smelled great throughout. A lot of options for breakfast including hot items. Comfortable bed, friendly staff, and safe location. Will look for more reasonably priced Hyatt Places to stay at in the future.

Pros: Nice, safe location. Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Excellent hot free breakfast. Reasonable price. Mini refrigerator. Smells good throughout hotel. Comfortable bed. Lots of TV hookups. Cons: No microwave. No TruTV.

This is the second time coming to the hotel to visit family in the area. I usually get a decent price here going to Kayak to book it. The hotel is clean and modern, and customer service is always solid. I love having breakfast here, plenty to eat with lots of variety and something always for the kids. The pool area definitely needs some work, but other than that it's a great place to stay in the area.

This place is not the absolute worst That is of course if you don't care if your room locks from the outside. Oh yeah, or if you totally prefer sleeping on cement mattresses. Does the constant sound of police and ambulance sirens sooth your soul? Well this would be your jam. The pictures on the website make the King suite space seem larger than it actually is. The staff was very helpful and friendly when I checked in. I was promptly moved to a new room but the drama of realizing that I couldn't leave the hotel without risking someone entering my room without a key was mind blowing. Repacking then unpacking again was annoying. The breakfast bar was beautiful and well stocked but there was a problem with the flow of the line. I'm not a fan of buffet style dining. The breakfast bar staff was very rude. Demanding that my kid speak up if he wanted some eggs. So unprofessional On the bright side The pool was fun, the water was the perfect temp. I will not ever come back to this place again. If it were not so well decorated I would give this place 1 star.

Instead of resting on my final vacation day,
we had to move again from our new room because the toilet backed up &🌊 flooded the bathroom even wet the carpet. I was mortified😱💩. I'm reducing my original 2 * rating to a one star. This vacation lodging experience has been a nightmare. I do not recommend this drama fest to anyone. I would like to correct my opening statement this place is the absolute worst. 😡👎response / report this review -

This was absolutely a great stay for myself and family! From the time I arrived, Terrence , Derrick and Sharlene catered to my family by accommodating our family reunion and being friendly. If anything was needed, they were able to provide it. They also make awesome drinks!!!!! Also not to mention the hotel is in a great area with tons of attractions nearby. Thank you for making my stay worth every penny!!!!

Just checked in and overall the room is very nice. The room could be a bit cleaner as there are stains on the carpet and along the walls. The lamps on the wall could not turn on and I looked to see they weren't even plugged in. Took a few pictures of the stains and will post.

This is a really great hotel. The room was incredibly spacious with a refrigerator and a coffee maker in the room. The staff was incredible with a great breakfast and coffee on hand all day. It was located really close to midtown making this hotel my go to any time I'm in Atlanta. My only disappointment was that I only spent one night there, I would have loved to sleep couple of nights in that oh so comfortable bed. Thanks for doing a great job!

Just checked in last night. Staff was super friendly and helpful. After a 4 hour drive on the road they made sure I was comfortable. Loving everything so far.
