Not the best HI I've stayed in, but certainly satisfactory. Good room lighting, microwave, refrigerator. No real closet, just a pseudo version along the front wall that crimps flow and narrows the window. Prefer the standard, real closet.

My family always stays at Hampton Inns when we travel and we frequently travel to the Lake Norman area. We decided to stay at this Hampton Inn, instead of the one we normally stay at, because it was $35 cheaper per night. The hotel was clean, but some of the guards had been partying very loudly in the room next to ours and when I called the front desk, they said they would take care of it, but two hours later, it was just as loud. I also went down to the lobby to get hot water for a cup of tea and the water and all three coffee pots were empty and it took almost 10 minutes before the clerk came out of the office to the front desk and when I told her what I wanted, I was told it would take about 45 minutes to heat the water. I finally just grabbed the tea bag and sweetener and ran the water in my room till it was hot enough for me and it did not take 45 minutes!!!!! Next time I will pay the extra and stay in Mooresville!!!

Great room on the top, two comfy queen size beds, two closets, full bath. The rooms were clean and the hotel will give you any bathroom items such as razors and shower caps, etc. If need be. Staff was polite and accommodating. Would certainly stay here again.

The staff were very welcoming and the whole inn was beautiful. The room was pretty spacious with two full beds, a fridge, a microwave, 2 closets, an iron, an ironing board, a blow-dryer, a coffee-maker, a TV, and a clock/radio. The bed was very comfortable and all-in-all I had a very nice stay.

Great room - very clean and affordable. We used the digital keys, so there wasn’t much interaction with the staff, but those we did see were very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again.

Nicely updated rooms, fresh feel and easy slide barn door to bath. Emily at the front desk rocks at customer service too. Hope to have a half way decent breakfast.

Booked this hotel was very fast, no issues..2 rooms we got, both very nice and clean. Will be staying here when we travel to Carolina's and on way to Florida at least twice a year.. Breakfast was nice a lot to choose from.

Excellent room, clean and well stocked. Even had Kleenex. One of those motels that did everything just right. The staff were friendly and offered tourist highlights for the surrounding area. If you are looking for a reasonably priced place to lay your head, Hampton Inn has just the choice at this location.

Newly updated hotel. Room was clean and modern. Bathroom had a "barn style" sliding door, kind of odd and lacked privacy. Lobby area was somewhat limited for continental breakfast, but we made due. Otherwise it was a great stay for the value.

Staff is very accommodating, helped us by putting ice packs for our cooler in their freezer each day. Emily was especially helpful & friendly. Great breakfast.

An enjoyable stay at this updated version of an older property. The fitness room was recently updated and is quite nice and spacious, with dumbbells, three treadmills, and elliptical, and a bike. The rooms are comfy, with a closet that is creative in making more space. Employees are also quite friendly. Lastly, breakfast is good for free.
