Great bartenders and nice valet guys, the food is always good. My bf and I had a nice suite a few years ago and also stayed in one of the space-y bungalows, which was nice. My complaint is when my friends and I stayed here a few months ago. We had a regular room and when I went into the bathroom, I noticed the sink was being held up by a 2×4! Really?!! As expensive as the room was, I couldn't believe it! I laughed, and so did my friends, but come on, Zaza, you can do better than that!!

The hotel was uniquely designed and decorated. Clean with pleasant staff. I went for a Christmas party and stayed overnight. They served the party with some great food and drinks. Would happily attend a party here again.

if i could give half a star i would just for the valets out front. they wont let uber drivers up in the driveway with hotel customers so we had to park across the street and walk over. the rudest valets I'v ever seen. won't be staying at the hotel again just based on that. the whole attitude of the staff is extremely snotty for what they are. nothing special

This is the very best hotel I have ever stayed in! The service and hospitality is phenomenal here for their customers! I can't say that enough either. The staff goes out of their way for others and that's awesome to see as a patron. Thank you, ZaZa!

This is a great experience!! The rooms are all unique in their own way. The restaurant dragonfly is absolutely wonderful. It's a great place to be seen and to people-watch.

They have a live DJ every Friday and Saturday night until 2:00AM. We are spending pretty penny to stay here. Because of this Pool Party this extremely nice hotel attracts Loud Mouth Party people. Right now they are screaming so loud next door that we have called the front desk 4 times. No matter how nice many things are here. This hotel wants to make extra dollars from drunks and party people. This is insane! There are hundreds of people down at the pool might as well be at a Frat house party! BEWARE if you want to relax you won't. F-

Best experience of my life!!! Went with my wife on a business trip. The hotel staff couldn't have been more pleasant. Walking the property and experiencing the different rooms is mind blowing however the absolute WOW MOMENT came when we entreated our suite. What a room!!!! The ambiance was something either of us have ever experienced what a place.

Best experience of my life!!! Went with my wife on a business trip. The hotel staff couldn't have been more pleasant. Walking the property and experiencing the different rooms is mind blowing however the absolute WOW MOMENT came when we entreated our suite. What a room!!!! The ambiance was something either of us have ever experienced what a place.

Don't judge the hotel by the spa. As the hotel along with Dragonfly are both very very nice. The tiny spa would be fine or could even be better then fine if they fired all the staff and replaced them with clean cut sweet people that you care to interact with on a spa day. Attitude and rude sums up the girl that checks you in. Also rough around the edges is the nicest way I can describe the staff. Really surprising considering how well ran the hotel is.

This hotel never disappoints. From the valet to the maid, everything is top notch. We were upgraded upon check-in and received a suite. The Raven has stunning decor! And the free unlimited chocolates? Yes, please.

Beautiful decor and I'm a great location of the city. Rooms are spacious and the balcony was larger than expected. The pool is a great location to kick back for a few drinks and sit with friends. A bit small but it never seemed overly crowded.

Rooms are fantastic. I travel a lot and the room I stayed in not only had a bed desk but a lounge area and a small place to sit on the balcany. Service is good. They offer transportation within a 4 mile radius, only downside everyone in the hotel uses the car so there's always a wait. The other downside is if you arrive early. They have a 4pm check in which is pretty damn late if you ask me.

The location is very nice and close to anything you could want! The hotel is absolutely gorgeous inside and out. The service is amazing and the rooms are very spacious and decorated beautifully! The staff are wonderful and the hotel has a lot to offer. It was an amazing experience and I will definitely be coming back!

My boyfriend and I were looking forward to our stay for our anniversary. ZaZa did not disappoint! Everything was fantastic: the staff was professional and polite, the room was clean and spacious, and the bed was beyond comfortable. The sparkling wine and chocolate strawberries were a wonderful treat to help us celebrate. It is a little on the pricier side but not once did we feel that we were ripped off for what was paid for. Room service for breakfast was delicious as were the cocktails at the bar. Every detail made our anniversary that more memorable. There is no other like ZaZa.
